If your adventures find you needing a high tech awesome hair straightener than this is the one to buy! Dyson has seriously thought of everything. First, because of the flexible copper plates you don't have to use 400 degrees of heat on your hair! Thank the maker! No more fried hair. Having it at 335 degrees is great, it does a wonderful job. Straightens hair easily, slides through hair like silk, it didn't tug on my hair at all. Now, the whole package is just incredible. It's cordless if you want, with a good battery life, and auto shut off after 10 minutes of non-use. Or, use the magnetic cord to attach it to the end and save battery! It has a great feature where you can disconnect the battery for travel. That is fabulous, no worries! It comes with a beautiful case to store it for travel and the stand for it is top notch, it sits perfectly in it's magnetic base and charges when plugged in. The whole thing is just amazing, Opening the package you can see the high quality and thoughtfulness put into this straightener. If you are looking for a high quality, techy hair straightener this is the one you have been dreaming about. Buy it, you won't be disappointed.

I was so excited to purchase this when it was first released. So now I can give a proper review as I purchased it in 2020. I used this thing almost everyday, it did such a great job and the fact that it was cordless was a game changer. However, it didn’t make it to its third year. Over this year, I noticed the time of usage off the cord decreasing overtime but I didn’t really pay much attention to it until it literally would only hold its charge for 2 minutes and die. When I sent it to Dyson, they advised me that it cannot be repaired and it’s out of its 2 year manufacturers warranty. So I spent $500 on something that couldn’t even last me 3 years. While I did love it, I don’t recommend it as it may not last and not worth the investment. I will not be buying another for the reason that I’d be blowing my money on something that won’t last

Airplane mode not working. I had to return item , not impressed .

I straighten my hair a few days a week and this product is definitely a game-changer. This product includes a cordless straightener, charging stand, charging cord, and travel bag. The instructions are very straightforward and easy to understand. Fully charge your straightener before using. There is an airplane mode chip that is removed when you are flying to prevent it from turning on. The straightener has a push power button that turns it on and a screen that shows the temperature. There are up and down buttons to control your temperature. I find this product to be extremely effective, it straightens very fast and feels like it causes minimal heat damage to your hair. The cordless option makes this item so much easier to style your hair with ease. This straightener is a great option if you travel often because you can charge it before a trip and travel hands free. I really love this product and it feels like it will have a lot of durability and be a long-lasting product.

You’d expect a $500 straightener to work out of the box. Nope.

Manufacturer warranty for two years and it stopped working in the third year. The straigner is no longer able to maintain a charge even when being used as cordless or with cord. According to Dyson Product Support it is not repairable. The price is too high for a product which only lasts a few years.

I love it. So convenient and compact for when I travel. Does an incredible job on my hair.

It straightens perfect i have super curly hair that other straighteners i have to go over and over 100x before it strightens one piece. This was easy to use and i like the cordless option thats a def plus. Yes very pricey but if straightener hair alot worth the spulge on yourself. If you only use once in a while it might be to expensive to leave in a draw.

WoW!!! Im so amazed at this hair straightener. It is definitely worth it! I was able to straighten my hair in under 5 minutes!. The packaging was very nice and it comes with a very nice heat resistance bag. The charging was very quick so I was able to use it right away. Love how it comes with a charging dock. It can be used wireless which is "AMAZING"!! It is a bit heavy, but that was no problem since it is wireless its easier to maneuver around. With one pass my hair was nice,straight, soft and shiny. This machine leaves no BURNT smell on your hair!! I honestly love it!!

OK, being a BIG dyson fan, I purchased this item with really big expectations. Like the hair dryer, blew me out of the water. This iron, mehm! I mean, it does what is supposed to do. But for the cost is not worth it. My T3 does just as a good job for a fraction of the cost. I would not recommend anyone purchasing this at this high cost. P.S. I gave 3 stars because it does work.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! We purchased this product, it lasted just over 2 years and then the battery would not hold a charge for more than a minute. When we called, we were told that that is just the risk you take with rechargeable batteries and that they could not even replace the old battery if we wanted too. So, please do not waste your money like we did. The customer service was also terrible, as we were basically just told they feel sorry for us, but there is nothing they can do. Not what you expect from Dyson. Sad.

Dyson needs to stick with vacuums. I mailed my mine back to Dyson for an exchange when it stopped charging. They claimed I didn’t send all the parts and have not sent me a replacement! This is a $500 hair straightener!!! And I don’t have it at all now. Go buy a regular corded straightener they last much longer and do a better job.

I absolutely love this hair straightener! The selling point for me was the wireless aspect. And your desired temperature does not take long to reach. The straightener even makes a little friendly reminder beep sound indicating it has reached the temperature that you want.

Complete garbage, battery completely died after 26 months of owning, conveniently 2 months after the 2 year warranty was up. Dyson had us send it back just to tell us they don’t have any batteries to replace it with, even if they could replace it. $500 for a straightener that lasts 26 months is a joke.

I purchased my Corrale in March 2020 and it stopped working in 2021. Dyson indicated the battery issue was not repairable and they sent a a refurbished unit as a replacement. The replacement had the same battery issue and died in March 2023. Spent $500 on a device that didn’t even last 3 full years.
