Customers love the Cyclone V10's powerful suction and ease of use, praising its lightweight design and cordless convenience. Many appreciate the multiple attachments and improved performance compared to standard vacuums, although some find the battery life could be better. The high price point and small dustbin are also frequently mentioned drawbacks.

This stick vac- absolute 10 was amazing!!! It does an excellent job picking up - crumbs and the head without bristles picked up the big stuff that the other head with bristles could not. I was like are you kidding me?? No! It really works!! I sweep everyday almost 3 times a day!! Stay at home mom/ teacher... so yeah.. use it everyday! I did switch to the absolute 8 because of the price and I wanted a reg vac for the carpets. I didn’t care for it on carpets. To me it’s not for carpets. Definitely for hard floors. So I bought an upright vac for my carpets (also Dyson) and returned this one for the V8. They both work really well for what I need - the 10 and 8. Definitely recommend! If you have the extra cash for the 10- go for that one. My house has half carpet and we don’t have the cash to just keep the 10. Good luck!

Very light weight, easy use cordless vacuum cleaner. The attachments are easy to change, the vaccum has a strong sunction on carpets, floors, couch etc. The charge is only good for 15 min while in use thats the only downside. My daughter has allergies and this has been a HUGE help!!

With Dyson cutting the cord on all their models I was sceptical. This is an excellent vacuum, has plenty power and is extremely easy to use. Recently my mother visited and asked for our broom to sweep up after our toddler made a mess. I laughed and said here use the v10. She instantly fell in love with it and vacuumed the entire floor instead of just the mess from the 1 year olds lunch. There are a few things Dyson could do to improve; 1: have a detachable battery (like a drill) if the battery dies you are done until you recharge. 2: the wall bracket that comes with the machine should house or hold all attachments not only 2. 3: would be nice to have a trigger lock (also like a drill) adding those features would make it a 5 star machine.

When i visited the best buy showroom, i went in with the intention to buy a corded vacuum. the sales person in the shop was knowledgeable and offered pros and cons of the corded and battery operated ones and really convinced me and my wife to go for this model. It was $300 more than what i had planned to buy but it has been more than 3 months since we purchased it. The vacuum is light weight, handy, easy to clean and even my kids like it and that helps as they help with the cleaning which they didnt before. There are 3 lights when the battery is fully charged and when you operated in high mode, the battery does drain much more rapidly, so that is one watch out item for the Dyson folks looking to develop thenext version of this product. Thanks again to the Best buy sales man for influencing me to spend more than what i had planned, but in the end i was happy with the decision

I am very pleased having chosen this Dyson! I have back issues and let's face it who likes to vacuum. But this Dyson is incredible. Incredible suction power, floor or carpet. Very easily stearible and what I love is how light the unit (even full) is. A very easy canister hing to simply flip and all the collected dirt goes right in the trash. I love how easy and light it is. Really! Consider this if you are looking for a easy way to get the vacuuming out the way fast--I love that best of all! Great set up for storage and charging so you can hide it and the unit becomes cordless! It's really cool, friends!

I had the V8 Absolute which i already really liked but battery life, power and canister size were all just too limited. And Dyson answered .. The V10 is beautiful powerful and has a huge canister. Most attachments are identical to the V8 and weight feels similar, maybe slightly lighter. It has 3 modes, I always use the max suction but I assume the 60mns is rated for the lowest. We have 2 dogs and I need max to vacuum the couch etc. The shipment by BestBuy was in brand new condition (I know you think this is a given, but I had very different experiences with Amazon). Could not be happier.

I was hesitant about the price, but this vacuum as never let me down. The battery lasts long enough to clean my entire house when using on medium power. Switching out the cleaner heads for hard floors and carpet is very easy to do. The unit is lite enough that I use it to clean out my car as well. The initial cost can be intimidating, but it is well worth it. Having a cordless vacuum cleaner and being able to just go from room to room saves a lot of time and is much more convenient than I had ever imagined.

The vacuum is very light and easy to handle and use. Power seems good, and it picks up everything (that we can see). It makes cleaning a lot easier as it is more portable and there are no long extension tubes to battle with. The downside(s) : 1) battery life is not the hour that is advertised, and 2) the on/off trigger is nicely sensitive, but powers up every time we handle the machine as there are no places to hold it except the hand grip - this is annoying. Overall, we are very happy with it (bar price, which is extortionate)

Hello Richard, thank you for taking the time to write your review of the Dyson Cyclone V10 Absolute Cord-Free Vacuum. I'm happy to hear that you've been pleased with the performance thus far in your use. Dyson V10 Absolute cordless is a hassle-free vacuum with powerful suction. The torque-drive cleaner head removes ground-in dirt and pet hair from carpets, and the soft roller head was engineered especially for hard floors.

Dyson cordless vacuum cleaners also have a run-time enhancing trigger. Battery power is only used when the trigger is pushed - it is not wasted when moving from room to room, or moving around obstacles. Dyson V10 cordless vacuums also have three suction modes, low, medium and high, and the run time will vary depending on the mode you are using.

We would like to ensure that your vacuum is performing as intended. Please feel free to reach out to [email protected]. We are keen on providing support.

      Best wishes,
      Kelly

The attachments, power, and performance are great. Just be aware that on maximum power, it won’t last too long. Use it mainly on medium unless you need a ton of suction. Charges quickly

I'm a fairly clean person. I own the Dyson upright Multi-floor vacuum already and try to get my whole house at least once a week. However, the mere thought of lugging it up and down the stairs, plugging it in, tangling the cord, running over the cord with the vacuum, getting the cord caught on literally everything deters me from cleaning more frequently. I thought, let's give the cordless thing a try. When I say that this has changed my attitude toward cleaning, it really doesn't do this thing justice. Aside from looking like a weapon used by invading aliens, I have nothing to say about this machine but BUY IT NOW. Baseboards? There's an extension for that. Cobwebs caught in a chandelier? There's an extension for that. Bare floor, hardwood, carpet - no dirt can hide. And the sheer convenience of grab and go has made me clean far more frequently and here are two things that stand out the most: I now do a light clean every other day and am alarmed not by just the amount of gunk that I get up each time, but the fine particulate dust that we inevitably are breathing in without realizing. I feel strongly that the air quality in my home is improved. Additionally - the surfaces in my house that previously gathered dust have FAR LESS dust demonstrating that this actually reduces the amount of accumulation and when I checked my HVAC filter lo and behold - much cleaner than it would have been for the time I've had it in previously. I can blah blah blah about the battery life and the sucks per minute but all I can say is that it's worth the price. It works phenomenally. You'll clean more often than you ever have before and that's an investment in your health. And, if you find yourself looking forward to waking up early, attaching the roller brush and tackling your stairs don't say I didn't warn you.

    Clean At Last

I've only had this vacuum for a day, and was so blown away in using it for the first time I had to write a review. I live in a 3 story townhouse with my german shepherd and keeping the house clean with a dog that sheds is a constant chore. I have two corded Oreck vacuums and love everything about them, but they are heavy and when you are having to lug a 15 pound object up and down the stairs and switch between the handheld and regular vacuums and plug them in, unplug, move to another outlet, etc...its a pain. Not to mention the noise they make, which freaks my dog out. So I took the plunge and bought this rather expensive vacuum hoping it would be more functional. This completely exceeded expectations and if you are in a similar living situation you do not know what you missing. First off, everything about the vacuum from the way it feels in your hands to the ease of switching out attachments and emptying the canister feels precision engineered to perfection and well thought out (as one would expect for the price). It makes me WANT to clean, which is saying alot because I hate cleaning. On low power, I was able to vacuum most my floors, rugs, carpet, and furniture in less than 30 minutes without breaking a sweat. I ended up with about 10 canisters of dust and dog hair from the first clean...I had no idea what my other vacuums werent picking up! I was almost appalled how my seemingly clean house was in fact hiding enough dog hair to make a sweater. And these results were achieved on just the low power setting. I will have to see how it stands up over time, but I feel like my house will be clean at last and what was a constant chore will be quick and effortless. You get what you pay for with this product, and that's a darn good vacuum. I tip my hat to you Dyson.

Had 300 BB points to use and asked my wife what she wanted at BB. She identified this cordless Dyson V10 as the product of her choice. After a quick charge she was able to vacuum all the throw rugs and the hardwood floors with easy. Since we have a fur baby it also picked up all remaining fur and treat droppings from the floor. She loves this unit. We currently have a Dyson cord model but she likes this one more by not having to plug in in when vacuuming the whole house.

We came in for a Roomba style machine but ended up purchasing a Dyson after much investigation. It's light weight and easy to use. This makes it easier for our 10 and 11 year old to use. Cleaning is super easy and the suction power is great as well. Make sure you keep it charged. It does stall out with overuse at the highest suction level so be sure you are purposeful with use. We have predominantly used it on laminate wood and tile.

My wife purchased the V6 a couple years ago and really liked the compact design and power. The only problem was that the battery discharged too quickly after chores around the home. We decided to upgrade to the V10 and it was well worth the price. The power this machine has is great for any type of cleanup and the battery life is fantastic. The new attachment that came with the V10 is great for wood floors. A great cordless vaccum.

Just love my lightweight Dyson. My last vacuum, a canister, would make my lower back ache after a couple minutes, but with this Dyson I can do the whole house with no problem. It has great sucking power and I am amazed at how much dirt and pet fur it collected the first time used. The canister is so easy to dump and the filter is easy to clean. The many attachments are so useful. Wish we had bought one years ago. My house feels cleaner.

Yes this vacuum is expensive, but well worth the cost. It can pick up anything and I have 4 cats so it works wonders for cat hair. All the extra attachments are great as well. Just a few little minuses are the battery, especially if you have it on high power isn't very long and you need to empty the bin multiple times while cleaning. But these are just minor issues with a really great product.

This vacuum simply rocks. - Lightweight - 3 suction levels depending on how deep you want to go - Great for stairs, hardwood, carpets of all types - attachments are fantastic - you should see the dirt pulled out of my car carpets after a car wash at a local car wash! - It’s a lot of $$$$ but if you want to cut the cord, clean a 2 story house quickly and easily, this is for you.
