Great suction and pick up. A little heavy but easy to maneuver for its size.

It took me awhile to buy this vacuum because of the price. I waited until it was on sale. The vacuum lives up to its hype about not losing suction. However, the air hose is not very flexible and it's difficult to use it with the attachments. If you can get beyond that, it is a very good vacuum.

I've wanted one of these machines for several years, but limped along with other, not so great vacuums. When this arrived, it made such a difference in my home that I could not stop smiling. I even posted it to my home page. This lovely machine makes a job easier, quicker and better than I have had it in the past. Thanks for putting it on sale....it's a great thing!

Yes, I like a good vacuum. It is something that I enjoy doing. The Dyson - DC28 Animal HEPA Bag less Upright Vacuum is one of the best I have ever used. It actually does what it is advertised to do “Vacuum”. It is easy to use, well built and easy to clean. I would recommend it to any one.

This vacuum has a tendency to "forget" which flooring setting it is on and all the lights flash. You then have to stop and reset the vacuum. It's not hard to do- just annoying. If you have a lot of linoleum, this may not be the vacuum for you. It has such powerful suction that it feels glued to the floor when vacuuming linoleum.

Works really good not to heavy but is kind of loud

I had a Dyson before and it was stolen the third time my house was robbed in a month. I loved it dearly and replaced it with another which is even better than the old one. Long haired cats and dog fur is no match for it-just gobbles it up effortlessly.

When I saw the price, I couldn't pass it up! Such a great deal and it works unbelievably well! I first vacuumed with my old machine, then pulled out the Dyson. It picked up so much cat hair! The container was full in less than 2 rooms of my house. I'm a pretty tidy person, so I was honestly shocked. Awesome product! I

I finally broke down and bought a Dyson after going through so many hoovers and bissels and eurekas. They don't stack up against the Dyson. I love this product and I also added the Geek Squad protection for added piece of mind and to protect my investment!! It truly NEVER loses suction even when it looks full!!

This vacuum did an amazing job pulling dirt from my carpets. However, the second time I used it the cleaning head began making a loud clicking sound when the beater brush was engaged. Dyson has since took it in under warranty and are in the process of fixing the issue. I also, really like the extendable hose attachment, but wish it could be made smaller while in use.

We previously had a Dyson DC 41 Animal Vacuum for 5 years. We decided to purchase a newer vacuum because of the heavy use on the older one. Needless to say, we are loyal to the Dyson Brand. The Dyson products are far better than the competitors. The suction power is far ahead of other brands and models.

Love the vacumm. 4 dogs make for a lot of dog hair. Has great section. Only complaint is that the hose that is suppose to reach all the stairs without moving the vacumm is not long enough for all my stairs which is a standard colonial.

The first time we used it we got a half full canister from just vacuuming an 8x8 spot in our family room. It removed so much more dog hair and dust than our previous vacuum did (and our previous vacuum was not a cheap one, it was a fairly pricey brand name canister vac). We are very pleased so far.

Great vaccum , does its job. No mess. I finally see what my other vacuums have been missing. No wonder my house was so dusty , it was in the carpet all the time. Got a great deal on sale, and i see using it for many years to come.

Have been wanting a Dyson for a long time but didn't want to pay the retail price. Got a great deal on it thru Best Buy and have been very happy with the purchase. We have 2 80 lb german shepherds and 3 kids so our house gets dirty. The Dyson is great at getting up the dirt and dog hair!

This vacuum has picked up a lot of dirt left by my previous one. It has great suction, works well on dog hair and dust. It does not go under kitchen cabinets very well, or pick up along walls. I had to ignore Consumer Reports on this purchase. Best Buy had a great price ($279).

Have only used this 3 or 4 times since purchased but already love it! Never thought I would see such a huge difference in the amount of dusk and hair that this vacuum picks up vs my old one. The canister was to the full level before I even finished my average sized living room.

Always liked dyson and this one did not disappoint. Power is great and has excellent bristles on the accessories and main area. Only complaint is it is a bit heavier than average but not an issue for me since I only live on one floor. Great vacuum, highly recommend to others.

I have a black lab mix and I always have black carpet instead of the cream color it is suppose to be. I bought this and am sooo happy to say i have my carpet color back. It has great suction and very easy to use.
