Sadly I trusted Best Buy’s recommendation & recycled the box immediately, therefore it is not eligible for return (not to mention the return window is short - only 15 days), so my money went to waste. Please just ensure this attachment is compatible with your specific vacuum before purchasing.

Posted .Hello Kelly, this is Kelly with Dyson. I can confirm that the flexi-crevice tool will not attach to your Dyson V7. Our V7 and newer machines do all utilize our red-tab quick attach tools. To be able to use the flexi-crevice tool, an adaptor would be needed, which would fit between the tool and the machine. If you're not able to find this adaptor at your local Dyson retailer, you may purchase it directly from Dyson. Even the car it is nearly as thin. It does do as asked but you might want to double check first with that you have before spending the extra for this.

Not what I expect from Dyson
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The rubber part sticks to the inside really badly and makes it hard to extend and retract. When I use it without extending it, I find that dirt and fur makes it to the outside of the rubber part, and get stuck in the pieces that snap together. It's difficult to clean this after it happens. That's my only negative thing to say about it. It does what it shows. It flexes and it sucks up dirt. Hopefully the difficulty extracting and retracting the rubber part will go away over time, because it is a very handy tool, it's just a pain to use.

Works well at getting into small spaces in the car or under the washing machine and dryer. It's not flexible like I was expecting, so it can't get into some other spaces. Oh well. Better than the tool it came with.

This tool works great to clean out dryer lint, and can really be used all over. It is a very durable tool as well. I use this in my car as well.
