I picked this tool up with the purchase of a Dyson vacuum in the hope of reducing the amount of fur that winds up on my floors and furniture. It removes a lot of fur from my dogs, although they don't care for the sound of the running vacuum. It comes with an adapter for different types of Dyson hose connections. I like that the bristles can be exposed or hidden to remove hair from them and send it into the vacuum easier.

My dog actually sits still for this, although the noise does make him edgy. Its well made, neat how it pulls the hair down into the vacuum. It would not be a good product unless you are absolutely sure that your pet will be willing to sit so close to the vacuum.

I have a husky and german sheppard and they both shed alot, and this tool works amazing! They are scared at first but once you start brushing they are pretty good with sitting there. So easy to use

We have the Dyson for pet hair and this is amazing! We have had a few Huskies now and this is the best brush ever. Hair doesn't fly all over or get all over you! I actually don't mind brushing him now. It's a little hard to attach to the hose but once you get it in my 8 yr old can use it. I was hesitant on spending the money, but after using it I would pay it over again!

The swivel head was a bit hard to adjust took. My wrist was fighting the movement.

Once our dog got over his fear of the vacuum, this tool worked great to not only clean all the loose hair off of our dog, but also had a somewhat massaging effect similar to a good brush.

I have three show Persians cats and they are no stranger to bath and blow dryer, however the sucking sound really freaks them out. The brushing does not bother them but once you push down the lever to suck in the loose hair, off they go. Good for some breeds of dogs with longer coats. Give it a try, if your pet can stand the sound, it will save you lots of time on brushing.

Amazing product accessory that takes all the hair! The dog took some time to get used to it but is okay with it after a few uses as it doesn't hurt.

Love this brush and my dog loves it also. But Jake is a bit unusual since he loves to be vacuumed. Have to be careful with how much pressure you use depending on how long and thick the hair is. With Jake I use very light pressure. It must feel like a massage to him. Great product.

Great product. I have a German Shepherd and hesitated to buy this cause of the price, but it makes it a lot easier to groom my dog.

little pricey, but functions great, pulls up loose hair sucks right into vacuum no mess , has retractable bristles so if your dog is skiddish you can run vacuum attachment over the like a smooth petting to calm the pet down. I have two dogs- lab and golden retriever, ones loves brushing, one doesn't. Does a great job just have to empty vacuum a lot, guess that's a good thing. Adapter comes with it, wasn't needed for the Dyson Ball we have and not sure how it would work on non dyson but if the adapter doesn't get you going I bet you can get this thing duck taped on and sealed and be amazed.

This product works great at keeping hair down in our house. One of my dogs enjoys this and is excited every time he is brushed and the other one lets us brush her as she has become use to it but in the beginning she did not like it.

I would recommend this product if you have a large dog or dogs that need constant grooming of once a day or more. As with all Dyson products it is well constructed but costly. It does a good job and my dog does not fear the vacuum anymore after the first time. It can be hard to navigate around the dogs body, your dog will have to move a lot to make it easier to brush.

I have to admit I was a bit apprehensive especially when it came to the price of this attachment. Secondly I thought possibly that maybe my dog would be afraid of the experience. He loves it and it works very well for him. Since he has a short coat we don't use the brush part on him.

It is easy to attach to the vacuum. It works well at taking the hair from the dog to the vacuum, with out hair all over the floor and myself. It does take awhile to get used to how to hold it for best results. If your dog does not like the vacuum, you have to hold them with one hand while trying to maneuver the wand of the the vacuum. I have one dog that does not mind the vacuum and it works great. My other dog does not like the vacuum and it is difficult, without help of another adult.

The tool can easily remove loose hair, fur and dander from a dog. We used the length of the hose to get the noise of the vacuum away from them. They actually enjoy the back scratch they get while the hair is being pulled up. Nice job, Dyson.

I love using this to brush my dog. Most of the time when I use it on my dog we fill up the canister. He doesn't mind me using it at all.

Skeptical at store but thought we would try it. amazing how much hair it removes and its gone into the dyson

Easy to use, works well, works well with animals that are afraid of the noise a vacuum makes since there are no moving parts at the end of the hose. You can keep the motor unit away and the dogs got much more used to it.
