works great as air purifier. Works OK as Humidifier. I like the Smart Home integration. Easy to fill and clean. If it worked better as a humidifier it would be 5 stars.

This is a great product, the humidifier and purifier work as described by the manufacturer.

I enjoy the ease of operation, still trying to determine if the humidifier humidifies more than a normal humidifier. At 70% it can still be a bit dry in the room.

Does not humidify the room as quickly as the old one. And I really do not see the mist coming out the air like the old one -AM10. The app is useful for control. Full price is too expensive. Even on sale, it is slightly overpriced. But it looks great, the air purifying function is also good.

It works great, we’ve noticed a difference about 24 hrs after we plugged it in. Allergies definitely better. Really like the technology and air history display. Only con is price.

I have allergies and had an air purifier and a fan running 24/7 in my bedroom. When i saw this product, I really wanted it but couldn't justify the price. Finally after a couple months of horrible sleeping I finally bought it! Hands down BEST PRODUCT and worth every penny!!!! Then we recently traveled and obviously had to sleep without it. What a noticeable difference! Even my husband commented on missing it!

So good when you want to have clean room and also good level of humid!

I love the Dyson Pure Humidify + cool. It keeps my office space humidified and cool at the same time.

It just works, the room stays at a higher humidity than outdoors. It took a few days for the humidity to settle, but it stays pretty constant. I would like the water tank to be larger, I’m refilling it every day and a half. There are a ton of displays to scroll through with more information than you could want, but easy to use and understand. It can run pretty quiet on its lowest fan setting and will create a good breeze when on high. App is easy to set up and use. Way way bigger than expected, by my fault for not reading dimensions.

Amazing product. Easy to use, easy to clean and most importantly it saved me from taking allergy medicine 2-3 times a day. For whatever reason I’m allergic to my pit bull (even tho I’ve had 2 before him) and I was miserable. Did a deep clean of the house and ran this on full blast, sure enough after 2 days I could feel a difference. I still take allergy medicine but rather than 2-3 pills a day I take maybe one every other day!

I use this Dyson humidifier/purifier every day! It's an excellent fan, and it's really nice how it monitors the air quality and responds automatically to purify the air. While I have had some issues with it humidifying properly, Dyson's customer service resolved the issue right away, and it works perfectly now. I have it on all the time, and I definitely think it has helped improve the air quality in my room.

Perfect product!!! I had problems with the dusty in my home

My son's room was constantly dry and I was very curious about the air quality with some of his issues. I LOVE that this is automated, tracks the temperature, humidity, and air quality in his room, manages it all, and reports it all back to me. For a control freak, this tickles all my sweet spots and my son's nose bleeds have come to a complete stop. $800 is a lot, but I didn't want to wait for it to come down to something reasonable.

I recently moved to a dryer climate and always wanted an air purifier so this seemed like the perfect machine. Yes, I am a big Dyson vacuum lover so I figured I couldn't go wrong with this one. I did read the reviews about faulty things happening but was hoping I wouldn't be one of those people. I will say that while it worked it definitely helped me sleep better at night, and indeed did help bump the humidity in the bedroom to stop those pesky nasal issue from the dry air. It just stopped working one night and now when I turn it on it makes this sound that reminds me of an old rotary phone; you hear like a rolling spin with a click at the end. Probably some fan issue, but at 3 weeks into this I'm just going to be returning it and save myself the future headaches.

Replace my AC and is easy to use , just the price is a little higher .

Unit purchased was defective out of the box, humidifier did not function, additional whirring noise at slow speeds when oscillation is turned on (not loud but noticeable when quite). Replacement was sent out by Dyson after trying to diagnose the issue over the phone. Replacement unit broke down in about 4 months, same issue observed. Now stuck with a unit I can’t return since the replacement was sent out by Dyson directly, second replacement on it’s way... Overall not impressed with the unit, humidifier (when it actually worked) was struggling to get a small room up to 40% (from 30%), blowing at max levels all the time. With gaps under doors and overall lack of insulation I suppose this can be expected since the main function of this is still a fan, not a humidifier. Customer service is decent, hence 2 starts. second replacement sent is a PH02 unit, hopefully they fixed issues in that one. Would not buy again or recommend, I’d rather get a refund if I could on the existing unit, but unfortunately stuck with it now

Not cheap but i tried a bunch of humidifiers and this is the best. I use it to humidify room of guitars.

I have been a big fan of Dyson and I have been using this machine for more than 3 months. The air purifier function works great. However the performance of the humidifier is a bit disappointing. Except for the first few days after I bought the machine, 90% of the time the humidity was not able to reach the target humidity I set (40%). The humidity always stays around 25-35% even when I set the air flow to auto (it would run super loud the whole night because the humidity can never reach the target). I tried to contact the Dyson customer services through the chat of the Dyson Link app and through email (I have hard time talking on the phone), but they did not provide any useful solutions. They also said they will have a specialist contact me through email but I was never contacted. Another time my machine asked me to run the deep cycle cleaning RIGHT AFTER I already successfully ran the deep cycle cleaning. The Dyson customer service sent me the instruction of HOW to run the deep cycle cleaning, which is totally irrelevant to my issue. I am keeping the machine for its air purifying ability but I am disappointed that a machine costs $800 can't deliver what it's supposed to provide, and the not-very-helpful Dyson customer service.
