Solid machine - works well with WiFi - quiet except for the highest 2 speeds (8 & 9). Love the backward air flow for indirect air direction.

This has been an amazing edition to my house. I didn’t even know how terrible our air quality was until I got this. It purifies the air, adds moisture, and cools it down like an A/C. I love that I can monitor everything on the app. The only thing I don’t like it how loud it is when I sleep. It’s not the fan noise, it’s more like a computer working because it’s constantly reading the temps and air quality. Overall, worth the money, but I need one for every room!

Quality Dyson product. This humidifier and purifier keeps my allergies and sinus pressure headaches in check which makes it well worth the price tag. I have it in my bedroom and it works perfectly. It's not like a typical humidifier where the room becomes very humid, but setting the percentage of humidity (70% for me) on the lcd screen works for me and allows for 24/7 use. I would purchase it again.

The Dyson air purifier/ humidifier is great! I love that it purifies the water it uses to humidify the room, I love that it monitors air quality and when it’s not good, it will fix it. It does not like when you cook bacon! I expected it to humidity my Living Room better than any humidifier ever. It does that, except when temperatures are in single digits outside. It doesn’t keep up in the way I hoped it would so I gave it 4 starts instead of 5.

Its a great, if not cheap, unit, and do recommend. I was looking to purchase something to check air quality and after seeing this unit with humidifier and fan added, I decided to purchase. Setup was easy but unit is taller than I expected. Adding Dyson app was easy as was connecting to unit. App tracks where you live temp/humidity/air quality as well as same info for unit. You can control the unit using the app from anywhere and it also comes with a small remote that is mimicked in the app. I found the remote to lag a little when using with unit. Surprisingly our air quality wound up to be very good, as we never open windows. Heat or air - 1 or the other is on year-round. It tracks your air allowing you to review history and breaking down by size/type of particulates using the app. We live in a desert area so dust is a constant as well as being very dry. Fan has 10 speeds with 1 being very hard to hear and 10 being pretty loud. You can set speed manually or use auto. Humidity level can be set manually as well or use auto. Fan can blow forward or backward. Forward also allows for oscillation. This unit cant add humidity to an entire house but it does make a difference in a room as does the fan. Since we have 2 small grandsons it is nice to not have to worry about a fan blade when running. However they do like sticking there hands (and toys) thru the opening, My wife and I both seasonal allergies and this does seem to help. Overall a nice unit and do recommend.

Practically saved my marriage, we can sleep in the same room again. I'd never lived with a cat before and it stuffed me up every night and I'd snore quite obnoxiously. Now, with the air purifier and humidifier for her dry skin it's just perfect. I returned my dyson tp04 for this ph01 and definitely love the upgrade.

Works well and seems solidly built but I'm a little concerned about long term reliability of plastic humidifier components that snap in place when removing and replacing water tank. Shipping was a bit of a concern since Bestbuy shipped unit in manufacturer's packaging (no external protective box) and it was damaged in several places upon arrival. Luckily no internal damage. Product shipped promptly and arrived in two days.

Great option to keep your home running with clean, comfortable air. Can definitely feel a difference in air quality and humidity within the first half day. Settled out once it’s been running for a few days with stability in humidity. Very easy to use and truly a great buy!!

This is not worth the extremely high cost. Yes it has all the bells and whistles and humdifies well but the fan is weak and loud at maximum setting. You can buy a very effective humidifier at 1/5 the cost.

Made a huge difference to the air quality in my room, found that I slept better, and haven’t woken up with a stuffy nose like I normally do. The humidifier has definitely helped with my breathing, and the air seems so much cleaner! It’s expensive, but this is an investment in my health, which you can’t put a price on!

It works great for what it does. It’s giant which I don’t love but that’s ok. My biggest complaint is that only one person can have the app on their phone at a time. If I’m connected to it through the app to control it and see levels my wife is locked out of the app until I remove the device from my app. That’s such a pain in the butt and makes zero sense.

This fan IS amazing. For being so pricey I would have hoped the delivery from BestBuy.com would have been better. My first fan came in its original manufacturer box - all banged up with a massive whole in it. The fan seemed used so I returned it for another in-store. The box was "decent" but the fan itself seemed used (scratch marks on the water container, smudges etc). After taking this one back and getting ANOTHER - similar issue. Box was "decent" condition this time and the fan just seemed....used. Turns out this is probably due to the inspection Dyson does before shipping. You would be hard press to find a perfect box with a "perfect condition" fan in it so keep that in mind with these. Regardless it works. I will say the second fan kinda had a "whining" sound in the motor and the third fan exhibited the same thing. Dyson calls this "motor vibrating resonance" and unfortunately its common. This MAY go away after a week as that was the case with my third and final fan.

I'm very disappointed with this purchase. We bought this during Southern California Silverado wildfire, only several weeks ago. It works okay in terms of purifying air and humidifying, but what we can't tolerate is that it always emits very terrible yeast/fish/sour smell, right from the first week we started to use it. The water we are using is RO-filtered so it's not the problem of the water. The only reason I wanted to write this review is because of this terrible smell, and then I noticed that another customer "Trhambo" mentioned this exactly same problem just 3 days ago. Interestingly he indicated that "it's a well known issue that Dyson refuses to acknowledge". Not sure if replacing all the filters will resolve the issue, but it's a brand new product, why we need to replace all the filters? Again, very disappointed with this purchase. It doesn't provide the good quality that matches its price tag.

One of my favorite purchases. It makes breathing super easy, cleans all the pollution out of the air and reports what was in the air. It also adds humidity to the air while cooling it down. Super smart product, super great productm id say the only downside is the replacement filters are kinda pricy.

The thing I love and hate about this fan is that it displays the number of particulate and fine pArticulates that are in the air. While this is Informative and it does not hinder its fantAstic ability to clean air, it is worth knowing that if you smoke near it, it will take the machine HOURS to get back to normal. So be warned:)

For me this item at first seemed a little pricey. With the pandemic and the filth contained in my neighborhood ( district 6 SF ) I felt it was important to filter the air coming into the building, My cousin agreed that we really need to buy this Item and we each purchased a Dyson - PHO1 pure. The air is not only cleaner but makes breathing easier. We in California had forest fires last year that were most extreme, we then purchased and tried a different product that was less expensive. It improved the air quality but nothing like this, this Dyson is a worthy purchase, especially for people with allergies or living in environments that lack good air quality. My Cousin and I are truly satisfied customers.

Used for about 2 weeks and this machine is very quiet and The humidifier kills germs with UV light flowing clean air throughout the whole room This is a big and expensive machine I am disappointed that this machine does not have hot air feature , if it does it would be a perfect machine , hence leaving a star out

I have this purifier and humidifier in my master bedroom, set on auto mode. Overall, I’m very pleased with way this product performs. I definitely recommend it for someone that wants both items in one-machine.

I did think the air that my dyson would blow out would be cooler than it is. Besides that, every aspect of this product is great! Especially, living in Louisiana with the humidity, this was a spot on purchase for what I was trying to accomplish to purify and humidify the air in my house!
