Bought it for my daughter… absolutely loves it and works great!

Wanted to see what the hype was about and this is an amazing tool! It takes a little extra effort to learn how to use (I am still learning to curl) but the way it blow dries and eventually curls it keeps my hair gorgeous like a model even the next day. Much less damage to hair and less frizz. Goes from wet out of the shower to curled beautifully in less than 30 min. So glad I invested.

i received it as a gift and when i opened it it was scratched and clearly seemed like it was used a bit i didn’t take a picture of when i took the filter park off but there was literally quite a bit of debris in there. a lot of the pieces are scratched. and on top of that the cleaning attachment tool was not in the box i know it was bought new, not used so this was very unfortunate, talked to customer service and their claim was “we can’t make sure it wasn’t you who did that…” like why would i call? how was the other lady even allowed to return this if it was clearly used… whoever checked it did not check it properly at all. this is ridiculous.

Love this! I bought this with full intent on only using the curling attachment, but i found that the other brushes are so useful and help make my blow drys go fast and my hair look amazing! One star taken away because the round brush broke off and burned my finger /:
