II've had it two weeks now. It's everything it promised to be and more. Simple to use, easy to clean and really deep vacuums. The extension hose and attachments are great!

My wife tried a Dyson at her aunt's house and had to have one. I am a cheapskate, so I searched around. BestBuy.com's Dyson Factory-Refurbished DC07 was only $214... plus tax and shipping it was $251. (Comparable new model DC14 is $399 plus tax.) Ordered online Saturday night. It was shipped out of Ohio Monday night via UPS. I tracked it on-line. We received it in central IL Wednesday at 11:30 AM. Out of the box it looked new. It took 15 minutes of assembly putting in the filter and figuring out the right orientation for installing the hose/wand together into the upright section. Attachments store securely. It vacuums very, very well. Really lifts up the carpet. Feels very solid. Hose, wand, and attachments extend very far. Can leave upright at bottom of stairs while easily reaching top stair with wand and attachments. Picks up all visible dirt/hair, plus lots of very fine dust. I was amazed how much it picked up from a carpet that already "looked" clean. Comes with 3 basic non-moving attachments. Additional attachments can be bought in-store. I am very satisfied with the purchase. If you want to spend the absolute least for a great vacuum, then you just found it!

I received the vacuum today by UPS. I opened the box less than an hour ago and have already vacuumed my whole house (plus I already called and told my mother)! I am pleasantly surprised by how great the performance of this re-furb vacuum is. I am shocked by all the junk this vacuum pulled out of my carpet. I'm instantly sold. I can't brag enough about the amazing performance. Great quality product at a great reduced price.

Awesome machine, new to me. Works perfectly. Love that I never have to go to Sears for a vacuum bag ever again! Picks up all the dog hair, even what you didn't see. Easy to transport upstairs. I am very happy with my purchse!

I got this vacuum a few months ago and LOVE IT...I have never seen my floors so clean. It even lifted up the carpet that was matted down from years of walking on it. The hose is different but after you use it for a while you get used to it. I find myself finding reasons to vacuum now, before I hated to vacuum. I am really funny about having dog hair on my floor, and my old vacuum left a ton of it this one leaves nothing. I will never own any other kind of vacuum.

This vacuum removes deep dirt & adjusts itself to varying carpet heights, with bare floor setting as well. After vacuuming my daughters seemingly clean new apartment carpet, I was amazed that the almost full clear view canister of dirt & debris. I got a deep sense of satisfaction with validated results! Seriously though, this vacuum is easy to use, and you get great cleaning power with the least effort of any vacuum I've ever used. I am getting one for myself!

You would never know this vaccuum was refurbished. It was clean & in perfect condition. The Price was right. The wand is not very easy to use. It has great suction but is difficult to manuever. If you switch the control from carpet to bare floors when the vaccuum is not completely off it makes a terrible noise.

I just got mine yesterday --- I love it!!! I could vacuum everyday :) My old vacuum wouldn't fill up with dirt as quick as this one. My living room alone filled the canister twice. Disposing the dirt was easy and not messy, too. I would definitely recommend this.

Pay $400 for a new one or $225 for a refurbished one. Since the units are refurbished I imagine there may be some lemons that get sent out from time to time but I am LOVING this machine and have had a great experience.

I've had this model for over 2 yrs. I have 3 yr old twin boys and a 5 yr old. My kids have been no competition for this Dyson so far. I would HIGHLY recommend this to everyone!!!

i like it a lot but taking the wand out and then having to snap it in the hose is a pain. it does pick up real good.

This vacuum lives up to it's name! Incredible suction and finds dust/dirt that our other units didn't. Easy to use and set up. This refurbished unit worked great first time.

The only drawback ---> I will never go to any other brand.. :-)

I ordered the first refurbished unit, and it had a broken plastic connector. Returned to store and received full refund. I tried ordering another unit, and it also had a broken part - this time the brush wasn't turning. Doesn't seem like these units were either refurbished or tested? Very disappointed.
