    I purchased this as a gift. When helping set up we could not connect to the app. We tried EVERYTHING to resolve it. Ultimately we had to contact Dysok support. The phone wait time was well over an hour. They finally decided the machine had to be exchanged. What a frustrating experience.

    Good but not prefect.

    First one makes noise, had to return for a replacement. The second works ok. Noise is louder than an average fan, even at the lowest setting. Sleeping mode only turns off the screen, won’t reduce noise or fan speed. Heats the room very fast, but often times overheat the room. ( my bedroom is small, probably would work better in larger rooms) All function works, overall good.

    This machine did not work when plugged in more than a couple of times. I tried reaching out to customer service at [email protected], but they never replied. I got another email from the Best Buy review section - [email protected]. I resent the same email, but it's been over 4 months, and I have not received any response yet. Thanks, P.     A great machine (until it died)

    I had one of these, and it failed almost a month outside of the warranty period. Wouldn't heat, remote wouldn't work, etc. Customer support was completely unhelpful, and this is a common/well-known issue, it turns out (search "H2 error dyson" on Reddit). Was a great machine, until it wasn't!
