I have been looking at Dyson canister vacuums for a while but the price always kept me from buying one. I saw this factory refurbed vacuum and was a little hesitant. I finally decided to give one a try and I am so glad I did! It is a great vacuum at a wonderful price. I bought it online, had it shipped to my local Best Buy store, which is free, and picked it up in 2 days! I was surprised when I unpacked it and it looked brand new. The vacuum came with instructions, was factory tested and packed and has a 6 month limited warrenty! After vacuuming my area rug I was shocked at how much was in the canister. I had just vacuumed with my old vac yesterday! Don't hesitate if you are looking at the refurbished vacuum, you won't be sorry!

The vacuum is well-designed and powerful, living up to my expectations. It is extremely lightweight and easy to carry up stairs. Does a fantastic job of picking up pet hair from the carpet.

Purchased the refurbished model and saved almost $100.00. Works like a new model, with all the parts. Dyson picks up so much dirt!

It was clean when i picked it up from the store and looked brand new... but when i started using it it was obvious that is was refurbished. No suction whatsoever... brush on floor part does not turn...hard to maneuver. I have to go back over my carpet with my smaller, hardwood floor vaccuum cleaner just to feel like i got my carpet somewhat clean. I wish i had never bought this p.o.s.
