Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ll start by saying I love Dyson, I’ve owned many Dyson products over the years and just moved to a new house with mostly tile floors so was excited when this came out. It had a high price point but I’ve had such good luck with Dyson that I spent it to get this. Looks nice, but that’s about the extent of what I liked. Almost every time I turned it on it threw an error code at me which when I looked it up the only advice it said was to call Dyson. Cleaning the rollers and the dry debris tray was messy and clunky and when I could get it to use, it hardly scrubbed spots on the tile. I returned it after a couple weeks and got a Tineco instead which I have loved and even saved about $300. I hope Dyson continues to work on this and I’ll consider a new model in the future if they start fixing the issues.

Not worth the money

A mop does a much better job. This thing leaked right out of thr box, didnt clean like the videos show it cleaning and ended up being far more trouble than it wss worth so it went back. I love Dyson and I love tech. But this is not ready for prime time. At keast it wasnt for me. The good news is you can try it and either love it or return it. One of the great advantages of Best Buy.

G1 is not really practical

Stains are still in the floor. Price is very high. The water and dirty water containers are small and need to be emptied and filled. The cleaner at the bottom is somewhat messy and needs a rinse. Battery drains really fast.

Not Worth the Money

However, I can mop my entire living room, kitchen, and dining room, and it does not dispense the cleaner at all. It fails to remove marks or spots, so I have to go over areas multiple times. A traditional mop and bucket work much better.

Will be tryin the return policy one more times it have developed a new problem both were associated with the self cleaning mode, first one I trouble sot with Dyson tech and they told me to box it up and id get a new one in 6-8 weeks. Got the replacement from BB in 4 hours

Worst purchase

The rollers stink and the replacements are $60 that’s just not reasonable when you realistically have to switch them out. The machine is a pain to clean and if you don’t click everything in perfectly your next clean is going to have water EVERYWHERE. Don’t waste your money

I planned to make a gift for my mother and store it in a box for some time. After unpacking and realizing it wasn't working, time passed, and I wasn't able to return it because Best Buy provides only a two-week window. The washer was leaking immediately after the first run. When I got back to the store where I purchased it nobody wanted to help me. BetBuy just recommended me to go to Dyson. So yes, Dyson took it, but it has already been a month, and my mother can't use this thing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND buying anything in BB unless you buy some subscription from them, and DO NOT RECOMMEND buying this washer.
