Will never be satisfied with a precision trimmer..

It is well-designed and as far as I have experienced, it works equally well for wet or dry trimming, but it doesn't trim very close and it has left several partially severed hairs clinging to their roots. This is most likely user error, but I do take time and care to be as precise as possible so who knows. On a more positive note, the hypoallergenic blades and smooth protector make this a very comfortable trimmer to use.
