I have never needed hearing aids, but finally decided it was time. Before my Eargo 5's, I tried another brand and did not like the behind the ear fit. The Eargo aids fit in my ear canal and you cannot see them at all. They have helped me tremendously during my day to day interactions at work, and the amount of "detail" that I had been missing before Eargo is amazing. Eargo gives you a lot of after care to make sure you are using them correctly which is highly appreciated. The customer services is also excellent. The case is great and charging is easy. I highly recommend Eargo 5's.

I HAVE BEEN AN EARGO USER FOR SEVERAL YEARS. MY FIRST SET WAS THE EARGO NEO. IT MADE A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE IN MY LIFE AND MARRIAGE. NOW SHE SAYS "DO YOU HAVE YOUR HEARING AIDS IN!!" LOSING YOUR HEARING MAKES YOU WANT TO AVOID SITUATIONS SOCIALLY, AS YOU CANNOT HEAR WELL. NOW I FEEL MORE CONFIDENT, BUT WITH REALLY LOUD CONVERSATIONS, I JUST MUTE THEM!! I NOW HAVE EARGO 5 AND I AM VERY PLEASED. THE BIGGEST REASON TO CONSIDER EARGO IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT IS TERRIFIC. I HAVE MY OWN CONSULTANT, SARAH, AND SHE IS ALWAYS THERE TO HELP ME. THESE ARE NOT THE COSTLY BEHIND THE EAR UNITS THAT PROBABLY ARE BETTER FOR SOUND QUALITY, BUT I HEAR WELL AND THOSE MASKS WE HAD TO WEAR, NEVER PULLED ONE OUT, AND NO ONE KNOWS I WEAR HEARING AIDS!! THEY HAVE A MONEY BACK 45 DAY GUARANTEE, SO WHY WOULD YOU NOT TRY THEM OUT.

I CAN HEAR AGAIN!! Thanks to Eargo! I didn’t think they were going be all that good but, with the Great customer service from Eargo agents! Life sounds good!

I had tried other hearing aids. Eargo far surpassed them all. First, and foremost, the product works really well. The app-based hearing test is easy to use and once completed the Eargo hearing aids sync to the results to give clear customized hearing to each ear. They are easy to use, and fit almost invisibly in the ears--for those of us who are very sensitive about how people perceive us or our own stigma against wearing a hearing device. The customer service is excellent. If you have any question whatsoever, a professional audiologist is assigned to you personally to resolve any issues or challenges (which in my case were very minimal). In addition, the app provides reminders of when to clean and replace the wearables easily, including well done instructional videos. I am reluctant to write review immediately after receiving a product because I want to make sure of performance as advertised. Eargo has exceeded my expectations months after their first use. Strongly recommend. This will change your life!

Works as described, and more. Especially helps in the understanding of speech.

Worked well at first. Making money on maintenance equipment that I dont need now because they didnt seem to be working well. Tried to recharge them buy charger would conect to my phone to rest. Out of warrenty, Wanted me to buy new ones. NOT DOING IT. B.H.
