I recently upgrades my Eargos to Eargo6 I’m now at the mid-point of my trial period. I am very pleased with -the improved clarity of Eargo6 -the sound match technology and the ability to repeat as needed - improved charger and magnetic locking feature - my hearing experience has much improved I was experiencing more feedback and whistling but after experimenting with the petals i have a better fit and distraction. Im anxious to see what the upcoming software updates will bring.

Very comfortable, clear sounds and easy to use. Professional at EARGO assists so that you will be successful in using. No question is too silly. They are comfortable. Being my first hearing aids, I am totally sold.

I have been an Eargo customer for more than three years and I couldn’t be happier. My Eargo devices have changed my life. My wife and I enjoy going to the movies and live theater. Prior to getting my Eargo devices, I had great difficulty hearing the dialog in movies and had to use assistive hearing devices at live theater. I know don’t miss a word! I love the ability to adjust my Eargo devices using the app on my phone. I can actually hear conversations at my table in a noisy restaurant. Customer support is outstanding. The support team does everything possible to make sure that you get the most from your Eargo hearing aids.

My Eargo6 hearing aid is excellent. It works very well, and it is very comfortable. It is very easy to forget that you even have them in! It is virtually invisible and does not interfere with my glasses. And just as important, the Eargo company is both very responsive and very helpful. I highly recommend both the Eargo company and the Eargo6 equipment. Both the Eargo company and the Eargo6 get 5 stars from me.

These hearing aids are amazing. I upgraded to the Eargo 6 as they are now waterproof. I wear them all day long including to the beach, hanging out by the pool and of course outdoors where weather is unpredictable. My wife and I are very active and we hike, travel and do not always have tiny batteries in our pocket. These hearing aids have a carrying case that also recharges them. I think these are just not great for Eargo but great for hearing aids in general. I have been wearing hearing aids for at least 20 years and these keep up with my lifestyle.

I love my Eargo’s! What’s not to like? They’re truly invisible, exceedingly comfortable ( so much so that it’s hard to remember to take them out when showering). Maintenance is simple and you’re reminded when something needs to be done. But, my review today is to laude their exceptional customer service. I had a major problem ( of my own making) I called Eargo and was immediately assured that they would help me out….and they did….just one more reason I’m a fan for life!

I recently bought the Eargo #6 and I like them a lot. The amplification and clarity have me not only hearing the voices in the room, but also understanding what is being said. I have been using hearing aids for 8 years and was never really satisfied until I got the Eargo. I also love the ease of putting them in my ears and the ease of caring for them. Great product

Eargos are a great product for moderate hearing loss. They are comfortable to wear, discreet, and yet powerful enough to provide excellent sound quality. They are easy to care for, and at a great price point. There isn't anything negative to say about Eargos - just try them! You have nothing to lose. If for any reason you don't like them, you have 45 days to return them, no questions asked. Awesome product.

I love my Eargos! The app makes it so easy with sound match and easy adjustments to my surroundings. The background cancelling helps me with conversations in crowds.

I have been using Eargos for several years, and this is my 4th upgrade to a newer model. I'm always amazed when I get a new set. The technology is fantastic. I can hear, and I can hear well. From the office to watching a live band, these have been flawless. On top of the great product, Eargo is a great company. Any issues I have ever had have been addressed immediately and easily. The customer service can't be beat!! My degenerative hearing loss keeps getting worse, but Eargo technology keeps pace, and I am so glad I tried them:)

I have been an Eargo customer for years and have migrated through a few of the models. I have just upgraded to Eargo 6 and find them to be a noticeable improvement. I have the Samsung 22 Ultra smart phone and experienced some compatibility problems with the Eargo app, however the Eargo audio specialist found a work around to the problem. I highly recommend Eargo based on device performance, price, and customer support.

First the Eargo technology is very impressive…to be able to design a very effective hearing aid into such a small device is a great accomplishment. And working with the Eargo Audiologists…Jerry and Amber has been excellent. Both have been professional, knowledgeable and patient with my many questions. With full disclosure I bought my Eargo 6 devices directly from Eargo because these were my first hearing aids I wanted to use the slightly longer ‘return period’ that came with buying directly from Eargo. However now that I have experienced the devices, and Eargo’s service, I would not hesitate to buy them from Best Buy

I am a musician and music lover and I haven't heard music properly in many years. Putting the Eargo's in dramatically changes what I get to hear. It brought a tear to my eye the first time I put a record on with them in. The heavy blanket had been lifted from my ears. Playing my guitar gave me chills, I hear tones I haven't heard in 20 years. My band mates say I sing way more on key than they've ever heard me. It's absolutely life changing getting my hearing back. I had a small problem with them going quiet when I drove with music on and the rep I spoke to sent a custom program to them and it stopped doing it! Incredible. I can't say enough about what the Eargo's did for me.

I love my new Eargo 6. This is my third version from Eargo and they keep getting better every time. This last release (Eargo6) is by far the best. The sound is awesome, maintenance is easier and the new Sound Match function is the cat's meow!

My tinnitus was so severe on some days that normal conversation was excruciating. Now i have to concentrate to even notice that it is still there.

Hearing aids were shipped and received very quickly. Customer service is excellent and the product has returned a richness that I had been missing. I am very pleased.

I bought the Eargo 6. They work better than the $6000 I bought 4 years ago I haven’t wore them in two years but I am very satisfied so far so good Neil.

I purchsed a Eargo 6 Hearing Aid and experienced constant problems and failures. When contacted, the company could not solve the issues and would not address these problems. Now, my Eargo hearing aids have been disconnected and no longer provide remote testing. I would like Best Buy to provide a refund and publish this review as a warning to people interested in these hearing aid.
