This Hearing Aid is the best if you are active outside. There is much less wind noise than the over the ear type hearing aids. If you are bicyclist you will appreciate this Hearing Aid

Small, comfortable, and exceedingly adaptable. The phone App controls all the functions you need and can be done in real time. These hearing buds are revolutionary. You will see others manufacturers following suit pretty soon.

I have the Eargo 7 hearing aids and have been using them for the last 4 months. The sound quality is excellent and the customer service is the best I have ever dealt with. My experience has been completely positive and I highly recommend this company.

I bought the new Eargo 7 because I previously owned a pair of their early model 5. The 5s worked well with the very large exception of breaking after i got caught in a very brief rain shower. So thought id try the newer waterproof 7 model. Ive had nothing but trouble, They often dont “wake up” after removing them from charger, then battery began not holding up then they wouldn’t “wake up” at all. A call to their service dept confirmed the case had a fault and needed a firmware update but I couldn’t do that until the case and aids completely drained batteries. Meaning NO HEARING AIDS FOR 3 days!! When i followed steps as provided it failed to update… repeatedly…drained battery again…repeat…same story. Trying to get my money back as i only had them a little over a month. Even when they worked the sound wasn’t as clear, detailed or amplified as the earlier model 5 (and yes i took another hearing test with essentially same results) Look elsewhere. To their credit i was at least able to speak to someone at Eargo. Ill follow up further if i cant get any resolution. JUST FYI: I also purchased a pair of the Eargo Links, big Mistake; When streaming to the Links audio quality is actually decent as far as voice and details though sorely lacking in bass. However a MAJOR shortsight on their design you CANNOT control Volume or FF, P, Rwd, Skip, ect from the buds themselves, not handsfree therby defeating the purpose as a streaming device. I thought there must have been something wrong so called Eargo to learn its their first ever earbud and those basic functions at nearly $800 a pair weren’t included!! Their case has also began to fail charging now on the R side. Three separate times after removing them from the case im promped to charge them. Eargo could have nice products but need some serious QA and re-engineering or software/firmware changes.

I am very pleased with my Eargo 7's. The new "putty cleaning" method really helps. Also, great customer service.
