Doesn’t compare to those big box steppers at the gyms.

Right out of the box, this thing creaks like a 200 year-old rocking chair. The first few minutes into using it, all you could hear was high pitch metal screeching. Shortly after, a shaved metal piece fell out of the stepping track. I have NO CLUE what that part was for, but it got sheared right off. I cannot recommend you stay away from this product enough. Highly disappointed, especially after spending half a grand.

Good at first, BUT started making a cracking noise when stepping with my left foot. Sounds like gear or band malfunction. Too many parts have to be adjusted to use with your incline prefrences and then readjust everything to stow it. I DONT recommend
