It is a great camera. The only problem is there is often a glare making it difficult to see the backup image.

I gave it a 3 instead of a 4 or 5 for two reasons. The rear view mirror center section gives a warped (double image) view of traffic behind. Best Buy installer was unable to fix it. The display of the camera is too dim. What you see in the advertisement is much brighter and more vivid than actual. When the sun is directly behind you it is difficult to see. Best Buy installer was unable to fix it. These two issues are not deal breakers just annoying.

Love this setup. Allowed me to add a front and rear camera without having to change anything in the vehicle. Records front and rear video while Im driving. Has settimg where if Im parked and someone hits my car it starts recording also.

After looking for a back up camera for the Dodge pickup I came across the rear view mirror camera. It was decided to have the pros at Best Buy install it. What a great job. Now I can see backing up without the rear seat headrest blocking partial view. The front camera is an asset as well. Very happy we chose this camera set.

Works good but be prepared for a real challenging time tearing the inside of your car/truck apart to run the wires. Most interior panels are attached with hidden clips that make removal very frustrating. Wiring into the backup light also takes some planning.

Just wish that there was an app the saved videos to mobile instead.

It is great but the review mirror dose not really work but the videos work great forward and back up

I bought this product which was really good. There was a defect, but I brought it right back and bestbuy had installed a new one quickly. I haven't had a problem since. I enjoy it a lot.

I have purchased two of these, one as a replacement after the first one failed almost immediately. I had the geek squad install both, and well the first one worked three times while I put the car in reverse then stopped altogether. It never retained battery power on any of the three times - always indicating low battery, like it was not properly hooked to constant power. The second one, only worked once, and then nothing. The power supply was checked. I still have no back up camera - it is frustrating. and now because of Covid it is too late to return it as no mechanics have been available for over a year to check the installations.

awesome addition to any car that does not have a backup camera easy install just make sure you get a bigger sd card
