    It takes some getting used to, but that's kind of the idea. It strengthens your back and improves your posture over time. It is comfortable otherwise, compact, and lightweight. The only thing that makes it fall short of 5 stars is that the locks on the wheels are far too easy to engage. Many times in the short time since I bought the chair, I have accidentally locked one or more wheels in place, causing the chair to drag across the carpet when I tried to move it. Otherwise, it's a great purchase (or a "Best Buy." ;) )
