Only had it a few days. It’s working but there are points of concern.
Pros
-The vacuum is quieter than my previous robo vacuum.
-The LiDAR is good with tall objects.
-The LiDAR is good at mapping the house and keeping the vacuum on a straight path wherever possible.
-Initial Setup was quick and painless.
-Great price point for the amount of features.
Cons
-The auto empty station is loud.
-Out if three initial runs the base station cleaned out the bin completely one time.
-One of the auto empty station charging connections lost its spring from day one.
-The vacuum thinks I have two base stations. I only have auto empty station.
-LiDAR is not good with small objects lower than the vacuum’s height it.

Using for two weeks now, works great on our carpet and hardwood floors. Mopping is a bit weak but it’s great that it comes with extra microfiber cloths. Also auto empty is REALLY LOUD. The vacuum itself isn’t quiet but not loud either, it’s probably like a small fan. The mapping is weird since it reset by itself a few days ago but overall it’s great. It avoids shoes and also avoids carpets when mopping. Would recommend for the $400 we paid for it.

As a vacuum this thing is absolutely amazing. The mapping is excellent and it helps keep the house clean of animal hair. The self emptying station is also great if you keep up on cleaning maintenance.
The downfall is the completely useless mopping option. It's streaky and doesn't do anything. The vacuum piece makes up for it so we just don't even bother with the mop attachment. Plenty of accessories available online for far cheaper than the manufacturer's accessories so replacing brushes, bags, filters etc isn't bad at all.
Highly recommend if you don't care about the mop being pointless

As my first robot vacuum I was skeptical at first when I got this one. It took a while to set up as it had to map the entire house for its first cleaning circle. I especially liked that it was able to go under the beds and dressers in the bedrooms and vacuum those areas. Another pro is that once it has mapped the entire house, you can customize in the app which areas to clean and which to skip. Also although the battery drains too fast and sometimes does so before the robot has finished running a cleaning circle, it pauses cleaning and goes back to recharge then resumes to complete the circle when fully charged. Another pro is that whenever it completes a cleaning circle, it returns itself to base, empties itself and starts recharging. The biggest con is that when it is running the mopping circle it does not go over carpets. So if it needs to go and mop an area that is behind a carpetted one, when it hits the carpet it will just shut down that circle and return to base. That is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. Another con also has to do with the mopping; since you can only use water, it does not mop very well even lighly soiled areas. The self emptying circle is also very loud, infact the loudest part about this machine. Other than that I have found it to be a very handy gadget. As a matter of fact, ever since I got it I have not used the regular upright vacuum that I have in the home.

Does Not Do The Job with Pet Hair...and it should

For the price point, this bot should do a better job at emptying pet hair. We have one dog, two cats and two rabbits and I have to manually empty the dust bin (after it tries to do it by itself) every single time because it picks it up beyond its capacity to empty effectively. The self-empty feature is truly useless if you have multiple pets. It is a very smart bot, in that it does a great job mapping your home and learning how to most efficiently clean it and I love that I can run it while away or doing other housework, but I do believe it's missing an important feature. It should know when the dustbin is full and self-empty before it gets too full to be able to do so. It just keeps vacuuming no matter how full it gets!

The Jury is Still Out--But it's Looking Good

We bought this based on some recommendations on YouTube. Our new home doesn't have a landscaped backyard yet and the dust on the floors was requiring constant cleaning. This seemed like the solution.
The problem was we weren't quite moved all the way in yet either. So it initially felt like we were constantly picking up before we started the cleaning cycle. Otherwise, it would get caught on cords and stuff laying around.
Now we're moved in a little more. The house is generally tidy. The unit has mapped the house and seems to do a cleaning well. Our home is 2,200 sq ft of hardwood halls and kitchen and carpeted bedrooms. It completes about half the house on a single charge, goes back and recharges, and then finishes the rest.
Honestly, I haven't tried the mopping feature so I can't comment on that. And the waste bin got clogged once and I had to manually empty it (but at least I knew it was picking stuff up). Finally, you need to have a good spot to put the base unit. It wants a few feet of clearance on three sides.
We'll see how it lasts long term but I'm on the positive side of the ledger so far.

I like the vacuum mop combo.
The vacuum runs very well but has a very hard time on out black rug.
The map options are very useful. If you do not have dark rugs would work very great.

I've had this unit for about a month, and so far she's done really well. The mop feature is pretty laughable, but it will at least wipe the floors down. I'm having some issues with the mapping, but it's all in the software, Need to reset the map and try again I think. Also, the auto emptying feature really does not deal well with hair, so being in a household with two women with long hair, I usually have to manually empty the dust collection bin because the hair tangles and the auto empty dock can't suck it out.
Battery life isn't as great as I thought it would be, I get on average around 350sqft on a charge running at the second fastest suction speed. All in all, it was a good purchase. Wish the app worked a little better.

Purchased this over a month ago. So far, it has been a wonderful robotic vacuum. It still gets stuck sometimes but not as frequently as my previous ones (all iRobots). The base cleanout function works very well and the brush on the vacuum doesn't get as tangled with hair and other debris as the iRobot ones. Overall, we are very pleased with purchase. I like how it adjusts vacuum motor speed to the surface that is on too. Battery seems to last for a good hour in our home (1700 sq. ft.) and usually finds it's way back to the base every time. The mopping feature is a bonus and does a fairly good job keeping the floors clean (all laminate and tile with a few throw rugs). For the price, it is a wonderful little robot vacuum.

This is an amazing vacuum, lots of features and competitively priced. The laser mapping and object avoidance is excellent. As other stated, the self-emptying is loud. It's not super loud but loud and long enough to be a nuisance.
My complaint is that if the onboard bin is full then it gets stuck getting to the big bin. This happens a lot.
The mopping function is kinda garbage. It's more like lightly wiping/smearing than mopping.
If you want to save money like I did, reuse the dust bag. You can just pull the latch on the bag and empty it out. It takes some effort but you'll save a bunch of money from buying disposable bags. I've been using the same bag for months now.

We’ve owned self-cleaning robots before, none have done such a good job at daily cleaning. Its filling up the auto empty station every other week so you know it’s working hard every day! The floors stay clean with a once a day run. Additionally its very smart about how it cleans. If one path is blocked it clearly uses logic to auto-correct to complete its task.

I hate shoes and socks so I don’t wear them inside. I also hate walking barefoot and having crap stick to my feet. We have 7 people, 2 cats, and 3 dogs and we live in the country. Things get dirty. Solution? A robot vac that also mops. It took it several hours to map the downstairs, it’s big. But once it mapped it out it’s so easy to set up schedules or send it to spot clean. I have it set up to run every morning and then it mops every night. If I need it to avoid a certain area it takes seconds to set up a barrier. Animals aren’t bothered by it, it’s only gotten hung up twice on a cat toy, other than that it’s very good at avoiding obstacles. The cat toys are quite small so that’s not really it’s fault. The topping on the cake is that it self empties. Hands down my favorite feature. My floors are so clean and I’m so happy that I don’t have to spend hours vacuuming and mopping and my feet stay crud free! You can’t add cleaner to the water but I spray the mopping pad with soapy water with some thieves oil before it starts it’s nightly mopping. No streaks, no film, no wet paw prints. Our downstairs is all hard floors with area rugs but it does a great job on those especially since it kicks up the power on carpet. If we don’t want a room vacuumed we just leave doors shut. I haven’t mapped the upstairs yet but it’s mostly because I’m scared to drop it while moving it. It is pricy, however I’d buy it again in a heartbeat. Our downstairs is roughly 3000sq ft and it can get most of it done on one charge, but if we add in closets and half bath and laundry room it has to go back and charge until it’s got enough battery to go back to where it left off and finish up. Totally worth it. I received nothing for this review and paid full price for it.

This was the first robot vacuum ever purchased. Its sweeping and mopping abilities work great to keep my house clean between my cleanings. However I’ve had issues with the charging unit where the robot will “return home” but fail to charge. I have to set it on the battery directly so kinda annoying when I still need to remember to charge it constantly instead of letting it do it’s thing.

I used this vacuum for almost two years before I decided that it wasn't really working much anymore. At first, it was a really big upgrade from the first one I purchased.
Pros:
- Self emptying (when it recognizes the dust bag)
- Base does not take up space in the hosue
- It holds a lot of dust while cleaning before it self empties
- App has amazing mapping features, the best that I have ever used in a robot vacuum. The new one I currently have from Shark also does not compare in the app features.
- It allows you to see the robot moving in real time so it makes it easier for you to be able to set boundaries and no-mop zones.
- It recognizes when there is a rug and it will not mop over that area when the mopping plate is on
- When it recognizes a rug it will automatically boost suction power to clean better while on that surface
Cons:
- Requires a bag which is expensive
- If you buy an off- brand bag it might not recognize it
- It didn't even recognize it's own bags at one point which is why I decided this vacuum was done with.
- Would I recommend this vacuum, not really. I have found better options out there. For the price, I guess it isn't that bad.

This one is sooo much better then the last one! Multiple maps for homes that have levels, easy to tell charging, super quiet, levels of mopping and vacuming.
Highly recommend, it will make your life so much easier. No reason to buy the one with video, get the auto empty station instead, cheaper and sooo much better!

Its not the best ,but sure takes a load off everyday! Iget tired of vacuuming and mopping everyday so I turn this little 'maid' on and gets the job done. The only downside is that it has constantly had to be reset on the app for some reason (like once every week and a half). If I dont reset it,it stops the emptying of the dust bin feature and has to remap the house until it gets back on track. Other than that I do enjoy very much!
