Received first drone from best buy and battery would not charge, it was actually inflated. Best buy was great and sent replacement drone very timely, however, same problem with second drone. Unable to even try drone, as battery will not charge at all. Contacted EHANG but they say they are moving inventory and will send battery when they can...it's been 3 weeks, and they are asking me to be patient. Best Buy now cannot take return or exchange, as the time frame has passed and they will not budge. Very disappointed in both Best Buy and EHANG. Other reviews praised this drone, which is why i purchased in the first place.

I was comparing the DJI3 Standard with this one, and they both seemed to be fantastic drones. I went with this one, because for one, the Camera was a 4k, and also, you could remove the camera and put your own on there. I didn't like the idea of my phone being the controller, but it is user friendly and really responsive. Great job on this one. Very happy with it so far. I have probably only flown it for about 5 hours maybe.

This was a horrible idea ok so first we buy this product the battery did not work then so we do a pick up order from the only Best Buy that has this product ( witch was an hour drive from where we was at ) to get another one then after our drive the same problem the battery dose not even turn on ok so they go pull another one out the back and guess what the battery dose not work ( and yes we did charge them the first one we charged for 2 hours the other two charged for about 30 min so out of all three of them none of them work at all so we decided to get our money back but they take a %15 charge back so now not only did I not get what I wanted I lost money( so over all I wasted 6 hours of my life and lost around $100 driving and the charge back and left with nothing this was horrible I wish Best Buy would pay for this waste of time and money please don’t waste your money or even lose money buying this item the ghost 2.0 all I wanted was a drone for my business but now I have to drive back to Houston tx empty handed from lake Jackson Best Buy please take this item off your web site so people won’t lose money and time I’m very upset with this whole process and I hope who ever reads this saves them

The battery was bad upon arrival and since the Ehang customer support is non-existent the only option was to return the item. It might be a good drone but since I couldn't fly it I'll never know; however, the customer support is the worst I've ever dealt with. Absolutely no reply to calls or emails for three weeks. This has nothing to do with Best Buy, it's Ehang, the manufacturer, that is dropping the ball in their customer support. If it breaks you will not be able to talk with anyone, never mind getting it repaired or even getting parts, so their warranty is all hot air. Do yourself a favor and buy another brand of drone.
