Uses batteries not sold at Best Buy

I had to go to another store to purchase the batteries. A little disappointed that you would sell something that you do not have batteries for... other than that the kids loved the walkie talkies!

Not what I had imagined!

Made super loud noise and quality was not what I had expected. Could not hear unless they were pretty much standing right in front of you

Works great

As such, the range and clarity are great for the young audience. It is not super durable, but will withstand occasional drops or temper throws. This is inexpensive enough that when they do eventually break it (ages 5/7), I will not be too upset, but the longer it lasts, the more bang for the buck they get out of it. I like the unit, and that is SW based makes it great for them to pretend they are playing in the SW universe.

Good for a kid

The range and everything about them is not expensive but the star wars theme made them more interesting to the kids. They were very inexpensive when I got them or I probably wouldn't have.

It surprises me how well they can hear each other even when one is inside the house & the other hides somewhere outside. Easy & practical gift for any kiddo of young age!
