Pretty poor product

Kid was recently Star Wars smitten and was looking to play with comm. tech. hence picked it up as a real bargain in-store. Turns out you literally have to scream into the walkie-talkie set to be audible on the other end. Very poor range indoors. I hear my kids better screaming into the handset than from the speaker. Also the speaker and microphone seems very awkwardly placed. Would definitely not recommend. You are better off getting the sets from the big-box warehouse stores for comparable prices and far far better performance!

Do not buy this

Bad Pair
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought these for my boys to play with, unfortunately, I must have received a bad pair. Neither would work correctly and would randomly catch a signal when right next to one another. I replaced the batteries in both units and it made them less sporadic, but still only worked 1/2 the time. I returned them and they did not have any more for me to swap out with.
