Goated souls game
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Game is goated. Much different pace to the base Elden Ring game, but honestly like it a lot. It took some time to adjust to it, but once you get the hang of things it’s really fun. There are mechanics and maneuvering I wish the base game had. Not only that but the game is only $40! Can’t argue nor hate on this. I like their vision and ambition on this game.

Beautiful Game

Different than traditional Souls game but fun
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Same map sections/locations as the original game but put in 3 player team with a COD Warzone style of play. You get to pick different classes of preset characters, each with own weapon and play style (Strength, DEX/ARC, INT/FAITH, etc.). You level up and pick up gear by killing bosses and enemies from the full Elden Ring game. Weapons, shields, talismans, etc. from boss kills are randomly dropped but you have to be at level 7 to gain the rare/legendary ones. It's fairly fast past with the night flame/ring closing in but surprisingly communicating with even random players using a pin drop on the map somehow works. You don't get to keep the weapons and gear from one run to the next and you don't allocate stats when you level up so that's different. I was somewhat surprise how much I liked the game once I figured out the mechanics.

AWESOME GAME!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's a very fun game. Mechanics are fun and fast paced. Most bosses are fun to fight against. Each match is a fast-paced time rush of efficient farming. If you don't like that then the game may not be for you. It can get repetitive after playing for a while, but trying different characters and the map changing a bit per run can offset that a bit.

Incredibly fun & addictive
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Incredibly fun, I was quickly addicted to this new format. Has all the feels of a high quality Fromsoft game with all the favorite Elden Ring elements, but with a fun new multiplayer centric twist. You can consider like like a boss rush mode on steroids with party members to boot!

Elden Ring Coop
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Game is fun. It could be better with a few balance patches for solo play. Classes are all fun to play and have a unique play style. You have Guardian who is a tank style character, Wylder who is a jack of all trades master of none, Revenant who is a Necromancer who summons fallen enemies, Executor who is the Sekiro style samurai who can deflect attacks, Iron Eye who is the archer, Recluse who is the mage, and Raider who is the guy who goes bonk with big weapons. The game requires that you level up and go fast within 3 in game days. So make sure you get extra flasks from churches, attack mobs and bosses and use the Runes to level up. Try to do your best to play within the party dynamic, so if m you have to melee classes try to be a ranged character. I would recommend this game, if you want more Elden Ring content. This game however is more like a Souls Rogue like than a full on Elden Ring experience. So be aware of that

elden-rogue-like
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just...one...more...run. If you like rogue likes and elden ring it's great. updates to play solo and in pairs rather than trios have been implemented for more play options.

8/10
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Elden Ring: Nightreign is a stunning sequel that pushes the series forward with refined combat, rich worldbuilding, and unforgettable boss encounters. Its atmosphere is dense with tension and beauty, rewarding exploration with meaningful discoveries. I do wish it included more roguelike elements, like powerful buffs or skill upgrades that could significantly alter your build during a playthrough. That kind of system would add variety and replayability without taking away from the game’s core identity.

Don’t Play It Like Elden Ring
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It’s much better than I initially thought. Once you adjust your mindset (gotta go fast) and start to recognize the best spots to visit in a run, it’ll begin to click. Obviously it is better with a dedicated group but I’ve started to have fun solo - it just takes a while to get up to speed AND it can be brutally difficult (I say this as someone who beat the base game and DLC). There are randomized elements here that feel unfair at times, but since it’s all different, just take a breath and kick off again. It’s gorgeous and the new bosses are some of the best FromSoft have created.

Challenging but Rewarding Game!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This game is amazing. Yes, there is a learning curve, but once you figure out the maps and enemy patterns, it is a blast to play. It does not take that long either to figure out. Just keep at it, and once you beat the night lord, you'll have an amazing feeling of accomplishment. It works great with 3 players! There is always someone ready to play at all times of the day.

Roguelike x Soulslike
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Although this is something of a controversial take, I thoroughly enjoy this game. It is not Elden Ring, and you will be disappointed if you purchase Nightreign with that expectation. However, the mechanics are overall very similar, and the process of “getting good” is every bit as enjoyable as ever. Don’t play this if you’re easily frustrated!

More Eldin Ring
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This game is packed full of excitement. It’s more Eldin Ring, the greatest game in gaming history. It’s condensed into 45 min runs of pure chaos. Strategizing takes all of your wits and teamwork to level up and find weaponry to slay the bosses at the end of the 3rd day. The world changes as you progress your characters and beat the bosses. It’s so satisfying to finally win over a nightlord after multiple tries.

Excellent game!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Game is as advertised. Team up or go solo on a 3 day raid & gear up! Love this game but not as fun as the original but still excellent. Pre ordered & was worried it wouldn’t be delivered on release day, but was impressed when it arrived on my front porch shortly after I got off of work!

Fast paced Elden Ring
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Elden Ring is my favorite game. I was a bit surprised FromSoft made a roguelike out of Elden Ring but this game is so fun. It's fun with friends and it's fun with randoms.

Frusterating but Tolerable
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If i could take only 2 things out of the game it would be the Reviving & No checkpoint before final boss. Those 2 elements alone are the reason Im unhappy with the game. Probably trading it in. Not to mention horrible teammates and no proper matchmaking system. It’s 2025 and there’s no form of Ranked or anything bc the style of how the bosses play out is just too simplified. —Pro’s: #1. Bosses are cool. Pro #2: It’s called Elden Ring……. *If you’re looking for souls like games that are co-op and also more fun be sure to try out Wo-Long Fallen Dynasty, Nioh, and Lord’s of the Fallen. Some amazing Single Player soulslike games similar to Elden Ring but better in my opinion are: Sekiro, Si-Fu, Star Wars Jedi games!

Interesting Twist On Elden Ring
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I find myself wanting to do a run whenever I’m not playing. It only takes about an hour for a full run. For fans of soulslike or rouglike games I highly recommended.

Astounding
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This game is incredible. Despite it being more of a Rogue-Like compared to Souls-Like, it is still a great game. My only gripe is that you would need friends to play with. The solo queuing is not worth it.
