Excellent dryer! It dries my beach towels in no time! Easily dry king size comforters. Huge dryer, make sure it will fit thru your doors and is wider than a standard dryer - great for a big family

Installation was fast, they were cautious of my house and the machine during delivery. I received a tutorial and basic operating instructions once finished and the guy cleaned his fingerprints off my machine and took all the trash with him.

The unload and connect was a job done very well!!!

This review is specifically for the install process - Best Buy sent an email the day before with a 4-hour window of estimated arrival time. 30 minutes before arrival I received a call from the install team. When the team of three (two installers and one for haul away) arrived they were courteous, professional, and prompt. A week later I called Best Buy as our ventless dryer was not draining water into its collection tray. After initially referring me to the manufacturer (I was not able to connect with anyone there), Best Buy scheduled another team to take a look and also sent an email the day before with a 4-hour window of time to expect them. On the day of the appointment, the second team called beforehand a couple of hours early to let us know they could come to the appointment early which was great for us. The second team was also very friendly and professional. It turned out that the unit was not broken and the initial install team installed a drain hose from the dryer to our drain - which was a pleasant surprise as I was under the impression from reading the dryer manual that this was an optional step. No dumping out water after every load for us! For those considering install of a ventless dryer specifically, ask if the installation team intends to install the drain hose to save a call to customer service. Overall happy with the installation and the follow-up. Thanks!

The two young lads were meticulous and careful in the installation process.

The dryer is very quiet. It works well, dries evenly without wrinkling the clothes and is easy to set and use. I am very happy with it. I like the LG brand. I have other LG appliances as well and have had really good luck with them

Can't say enough good things about our washer and dryer install. The two man crew showed up well within our promised time, which is always a plus. We had the units installed into a new home. They were very respectful of our space taking extra care to not scuff any doors, walls, etc. They took time to explain necessary things and test ran both systems for functionality.

EXCELLENT DRYER: Drys Fast on the FIRST Cycle. I am SO VERY SATISFIED with this dryer. I would recommend it. 1 thing tho: The end cycle Alert IS LOUD. So IF you have babies or elderly who NEED their sleep, place it far away from them. It IS LOUD. I’m Not exaggerating. Other than that: It serves its Purpose VERY WELL!

Very fast and easy installation. Both delivery men were very respectful of our home. Showed us how to start it up and use for the first time. Gave us tips on how to maintain it. Very friendly.

The installer was very nice. However, he discovered the cord on the driver would not fit in the wall unit. Cord had 3 prongs and wall had 4 prong. Therefore, dryer did not fully get installed. I had to go buy a 4 prong cord and hire someone else to install it so dryer would work.

The installation guys were on time to the appointment. Very friendly and worked very cleanly. They set installed the drier quickly and tested it to make sure it was working properly.

The crew that installed the dryer was very professional and neat. My only concern is they did not give us any instruction as to the use of the machine. It has two positions for the door and we could not figure out how to use it in any other than the hamper direction. After two weeks of trying, we finally figured it out. This could have been prevented by a quick demonstration by the installers.

Communication was great. They gave me 45 mins notice and then called when they were 20 mins out. They installed it in a matter of minutes and stayed long enough to check it was working.

the best buy installers were extremely professional, in both detaching and removal of existing old dryer and in the manner and ease of installation of the new dryer. Obviously well experienced and dedicated to performing their respective tasks in and efficient and error free manner. Inspired significant confidence in the Best Buy team.

Cody and his helper did an Awesome job They were very conscientious about what they were doing and very quick about it They also answered all my questions and concerns

The delivery team treated everything as if they were getting the delivery themselves --very careful with everything. They knew just what needed to be done! Cleaned up everything and took it away. Ran a sample load and all has worked perfectly since.

The installers were excellent and very fast. They disposed of old units and installed new units in a timely fashion and were very respectful.

This install team was knowledgeable, quick, and helpful. They moved through the house without damaging the door jambs, frames, sills, or walls in any way. They were kind and friendly.
