Love the washer and dryer set! Its a must buy! Fits perfectly i my laundry area! So many wonderful options on washer. It works great! The Geek Squad and delivery was amazing as well. Two dryers were delivered and installed (heating problem with the first dryer). It was a tight space to install, but they did it with ease and no problem. Both teams were wonderful...professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I will recommend Best Buy to everyone

The delivery pre-checklist was a great reminder of why I needed to do to prepare the space for the Washer and Dryer delivery. Unfortunately the installer couldn’t locate the information about the haul away that I had paid for for both of them, and because of an account merge issue, my receipt was sent to an old work email that I couldn’t access. After calling and being told I would be on hold for over 30 min to try to prove that I had paid for the haul away, I tried to access a live agent through the app. I got to talk to someone right away. I think being a total tech member put me to the front of the list and contacting Best Buy through the app was a good experience. They saw the email issue, sent me a new receipt I could print out and prove that I had paid for the haul away. Thankfully in the process of me working on all that, the delivery team located the haul away instructions and were able to take my old Washer/Dryer with them. The installer sadly didn’t use the broom that was there in the room and because I was on the phone with Best Buy when he pulled out the old units, I couldn’t properly clean out the area. So I have new units on a very dirty floor. I wish they did a better job with a basic cleaning service. I would even pay for it as a add on because I don’t feel comfortable unhooking and pulling my washer and dryer out to clean behind them so this is a crucial time to tidy that area. Overall it was installed and set up properly and has been working well ever since.

After removing my old dryer, the delivery crew quickly and efficiently installed the new one. They said my existing dryer vent was in good enough condition to use, so I was able to return the one I purchased with the dryer, which saved me about $30. The delivery crew even took time to review the controls and point out features, as well as testing to make certain everything worked properly.

I love my new Dryer. The lint tray is located inside the door so no more mess on top of the machine when pulling out the lint tray. Incan put more laundry inside the coaching than my old dryer. The settings are easy to use! I rate this machineva 10

Dryer install was great, guys were friendly, installed on 2nd floor no problem. Wore booties over their shoes. Didn't scratch wall or anything and installed fast. And even explained how to work all the settings!

I purchased a Samsung washer and dryer set that works like a charm for my new place. I opted for the washer install package with parts. The first delivery did not go too well because it was determined that 2 of the numbers in my address were flipped so the first crew told me that could not deliver and I had to reschedule the install. The second crew that came a week later was great. The crew notified me 30 minutes prior to arriving, they were respectful of my property and they brought in and set up the units in about 15 minutes. The guys did a test run of the washer and dryer and let me know little things such as what I might hear & smell because units were brand new and this is the first cycle. The delivery guy also told me who I could call and what to do in any situation that items don’t work properly. They then provided me with the user manuals and the process was done. I’ve been using the units for the past 2 weeks now and I can’t complain. My clothes are clean, the units are sleek, and they don’t make a lot of noice while running with is nice because I work from home and have opted to wash a load or two mid day. All in all I would give the washer and dryer unit and the install service a 10 out of 10!!!

Two installers arrived at my home within the agreed upon time to set up my new LG washer and electric dryer. I purchased the LG front load electric dryer with the pedestal underneath. They were able to bring both items up to my second floor apartment and attach them together quickly. They were able to use the hoses I'd purchased to hook the steam dryer to the water supply. We were able to run a short cycle and one of the installers explained all the functions to me prior to leaving. Great experience and I have not had any trouble with this dryer since the install (only about 3 weeks ago).

I was thrilled with the installation of these units, They work perfectly. The installers were sensitive to my requests on where to place the units and helped to clean everything up. These were very heavy at 291 lbs, and going up a steep, old stairwell too. Wasn't easy!

The tech that installed the washer and dryer was sloppy and left a mess. As noted in my washing machine installation review, he also didn't turn the water on to the washer. As they were installed side by side, the doors opened in the same direction, which meant the dryer door would be in the middle of the two machines when opened. He would not reverse the door direction and left it like that. We changed it ourselves, but the professional installation we paid for should have done it.

They installed it and it works great, very nice and quick.

The installer was very nice and made sure the unit worked, was centered in the space with the washer, and wiped off the gook left behind by stickers.

I ended up installing myself. The installer went home but parts in delivery were missing. Sale rep did not include the stackable kit.

He did a pretty good job installing it. Took the time to explain maintenance. Loses one star because we needed to reconnect the exhaust when it popped off during first use.

They were so quick! My laundry room is upstairs and it took less than an hour for both appliances
