Dryer repair delivery company keeps canceling there appointments with excuses. Can't reach delivery location. Can't deliver to our street truck don't fit. Can't double park to deliver appliance. Poor customer service from delivery company.

Installers did not level machine, so I had to do this. They did not connect a drain hose for the dryer And didn’t leave me one. They took away the power cord an vent that were mistakenly ordered. I owned a suitable cord and the dryer is ventless. Clearly, the installers Knowledge of this product is insufficient.

They installed it improperly and I had to hire a capable appliance installer or wait one more week without a dryer. That is unacceptable.

took two reschedules & two visits to install. They did not want to carry up two stories of stairs. Just do your job!
