The geek fixed the original problem but caused a different problem. The maintenance guys in my building did me a favor and resolved my issue. The geek guy removed a hose and could not replace it properly. I am glad the maintenance guys helped. No more water on the floor from the washer!!

Joey the technician was very nice and took the time to explain what was wrong with our Whirlpool washing machine. This is the second time in 5 years that this machine has broke down. The first time it was under warranty but this time it wasn’t not sure I’d buy this name brand washer again.

This is the second time I have had to take off work to be home, only to have the appointments cancelled. This is unacceptable. Could have bought a new washer with the money I'm loosing not working.

The representative that came to the house to repair my item was very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely ask for him again if needed.

It took two different visits. It didn't disapoint.

It took two service calls to diagnose the problem and then I was told the suggested repair may not fix the problem.. The repair cost would have been over $300.00 so I opted to replace. Not an acceptable solution.

Happy with the service. I got this taken care of a few months ago and so far everything is performing well.
