A team of two guys showed up to deliver and install my new range. The guys were very friendly and professional. They removed my old range and installed the new one, making sure it was level both ways and working correctly.

The electric range install works perfectly. The features work including air fryer work as advertised.

Anti tip device missing. When requested they wanted to take back the entire stove and reship. Took hours to get resolved.

Installer was very experienced and confident in his work, good customer service too, checked everything and even turned on the oven and timer to "burn off" the necessary first-time new use and let me know what to do.
