The Best Buy squad came in and installed my stove! They were so nice and took there time and explained how it all worked! They also sold me the extra insurance for my stove and my dishwasher, I was so happy with them!

The installation was just fine. The truck that the delivery men used was in poor working condition. It broke down in my driveway stranding these men for hours. The truck was removed the next day.

Haven't had to use it yet, but I'm sure it will come in handy when something happens to the range and it sure beats having to pay a higher repair bill for the service.

The delivery person reassured me when I asked him what if I decided to not to purchase it? He said "sir, you gotta have it in order to comply with the new warranty because otherwise that new warranty will be voided."

The delivery was on time. They were in and out about 15 minutes. The walk through took lomger then install. I recommend this service.

The installers were punctual, very friendly, answered all of my questions, and checked to ensure the machine was working properly. Worth every penny!! Removal of the old equipment was part of it, which was perfect

I recommend Best Buy when it comes to buying, delivery and set up. The installers were fast, reliable and cleaned up all boxing materials before they left. They were very professional. I will buy from here again.

They installed it. They were professional. They didn't damage anything else while there. Not sure what else I can tell you. They did what they were hired to do. (much simpler then doing yourself!)
