    VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE OVERALL PRODUCT WITH EXCEPTION OF A COUPLE OF FEATURES THAT DON'T WORK. BEING REPLACED ON FEBRUARY 25TH.

    The delivery guys were great! Unboxed everything, set things up, set the clocks on everything and went through a quick "how to" operate the items.

    The crew brought the replacement range to replaced the damaged one. The crew also reinstalled the floor bracket to the correct location so the range would slide in all the way.

    Very prompt and quick installation. They had to take off the front door in order to get it in and had no problem with that. Took the time to go through the warranty and explained it clearly. Very helpful!!

    I highly recommend the installers from Best Buy for our range. They arrived at the house on time. They took their time making sure everything worked properly and gave me pointers. I'm a very satisfied customer.
