First, I will grant that this seemed to be the perfect storm of things to go wrong, and not all were their fault. It was snowing, and one of their guys called out. That being said, I was told the delivery would be between 12 and 4. they called at 3:10 saying they were a little behind and would be a little after 4. At 5:20, they showed up. Again, they were very nice guys (the only reason I gave 2 stars), but the installation was not completed properly. They couldn't get the range to sit fully against the wall, and they never installed the anti-tip bracket, which they also did not leave behind so I could do it later. I did pay extra to have my old range removed, which they did, but with free delivery and installation, I guess you get what you pay for. And after all that, the range was damaged. The customer service line did finally resolve that issue (not completely satisfied with that either). All in all, I paid a little more to get the range here thinking it should be better than the big orange box. It seems I was wrong.

The two guys that installed our range were in and out in 30 minutes. They took the old one and installed the new one as well as leveling it so we didn’t have to do a thing.

The guy we’re suppose to be there between 4-8 and it so happened that they’re truck broke down and arrive around 10. They were beyond helpful and super nice even though I know they had a long rough day.
