These 2 fellows were very well organized, well trained, well mannered, very careful of our floor & our new range.

They arrived within their install window. They wore masks. They wired everything and 2 guys lifted it in the house without scratching a single thing.

The guys that came out to install this stove tried to just drop it off in the middle of the kitchen and leave, telling me that they were told to no longer install them because of complaints about the glass tops being broken. After they left I contacted bestbuy and explained to them what had happened and in about a half hour the guys were back to install it of course giving me some excuse for leaving. Now if this wasn't bad enough they didn't have a clue how to install it. They told me they couldn't install the filler plate on the back because the screw holes wouldn't line up I pulled the stove out further so the top wasn't being lain on and lined up the holes and started the screws and made then finish tightening them. Now wouldn't you want your stove level so if something was to spill on it would it would stay right there and not go either back behind the stove or down the front of it? They didn't ever bring a level I had to get mine. And if all this wasn't bad enough they tried to leave with the class top sitting on the counter top with all the weight on it. Never should of paid to have it installed. I feel sorry for anyone who has had these guys install anything for them.

The guys were very good and quick! They got it in and hook up very quickly. They made sure everything was working and they were off for their next delivery! Took pride in their work!

Not impressed as was not given the opportunity to examine product prior to installation . Secondly the anti tip bracket was not installed it's still sitting in the oven drawer , thirdly, cooker was not levelled after being placed in position. Service was rudimentary and delivery was pushy about getting signature quickly without giving chance to check the documents or completing the checklist.

Double oven cuts cooking time for multi-baking requirements. Very pleased with product and this particular model.

They arrived at an early time. Both installers worked quickly and proficiently in completing the required tasks. They were very professional.

The electric range installation went very smoothly. They made sure the range was level and the tip-over protection was installed for when guests need to dance on the stove. So, bring on the party!!

Couldn’t ask for more from the delivery and good advice of baking the oven first to burn the factory oil.

Team did a good job installing the range and understood expectations fairly well due to newly finished wood flooring and doorways.
