Second time GE sent a damaged oven. Not Best Buy fault. No problem with delivery or installation. Received price adjustment from Best Buy.

Went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the installation.

This is listed as an in store purchase which it was not. We spoke with a sales person and got information on the products, however we did not make a decision until the next day. We emailed the sales person for days and he never called us back so we gave up and ordered it ourselves on line. When we got the range we were surprised by the inferior product as our previous GE was so nice. We returned it and upgraded to another range. This one was delivered with a door that would not close and was uneven. The stovetop was loose and the storage drawer would not slide right on the tracks. Again we had to call for a return only to be told it would be 2 separate delivery dates. One for the delivery and pick-up and then 2 days later they would come and install it. I did not understand this at all because the previous deliveries were done along with the install. I am so close to just cancelling this order. In addition, we ordered a microwave that took 2 weeks to get here and just got a text that it is now delayed with no date.

Only problem was the oven was damaged out of the box. No problem, they let me use the damaged oven while the replacement was ordered. My original oven died, so this was necessary. Thank you Best Buy.

Had new $2000 range “installed” today - if that’s what you’d call it. Crew of 3 arrived in rental truck - we watched as they were anything but careful unloading it from truck - dented side and bent metal piece on back corner (which we banged in with hammer so slide-in range would slide all the way in). Scratched our floors and didn’t attach electric cord tightly - glad we checked it. Not leveled, anti-tip brace not installed, lots of the wrapping not removed, and they never even checked to make sure it was working. Couldn’t get out of here fast enough. They also did not bring a new electric cord - which we did order/pay for as part of the installation - we used our old one and now need to call for refund. Thankfully we are DIYers and we’re able to install ourselves - but feel badly for anyone not able to do so (elderly etc). You’d be better off just having them drop it off outside - really.

Technicians arrived on time to install range. They also walked me through the controls.

The actual installation turned out to be excellent. Very professional and willing to go out of their way to correct a delivery scheduling glitch.

My electric range was installed nicely by the techs. I especially like that they put plastic piece down to protect my flooring.

Delivery was on time. Crew moved and installed unit without any damage or messiness. No complaints. Would've appreciated if they offered to move the old unit out to the garage but they didn't offer.

I love my new range and since I had to completely remodel my kitchen from the floor up I wanted a product that I felt was a great quality a came with everything I needed to cook with it.
