Installation went as scheduled It would be nice if Best Buy could narrow the window for installation a little

The techs were actually alittle early. They removed my old stove and installed the new one. Made sure it worked, left me with a basic understanding of how it works and gave me the manuals

Best Buy delivered and installed my Samsung Smart range. I bought all my kitchen appliances at Best Buy and they're all the Samsung smart WiFi black stainless steel color. I love them

Best buy team delivery and installation was perfect. They arrived exactly on time and called a 1/2 hr before just like I had requested. They worked quickly and efficiently.

We purchased the new Samsung stove and got the installation, they did a great job, the only thing is you have to make sure you buy the 220 volt cable from them as well.

We were the last delivery on their route so I understand they probably wanted to be done and over with but they could've still taken sometime to properly install it. They didn't level it or mount it to the wall. When I called I was told it's possible that it wasn't needed. Either way, I know they didn't take the time to check, they brought it in, tested it, and were out the door.

The installers were polite, neat and efficient. They even carried the range into my home by hand rather than dragging the dolly through my house.

The didn't level the range even after I asked them if they were going to. (And after him looking at me as if insulted.) And they were so hot to leave in a hurry they didn't take the time to test the temperature of the oven. So when I tested it after they left the oven didn't get to the correct temperature. I'd had to make several calls to check the status. I've been waiting since Nov 14 for them to receive and install the repair part (Jan 19).

The installation of the range was delayed on the day promised due to the truck breaking down.
