The range was delivered and within a very few minutes the delivery guys had it unboxed, the cord attached and the range moved into place with the anti tip attachment installed.

The two delivery men were quick and courteous. They even moved my old stove to the garage. However, the range cord was connected without a strain relief, I installed one myself to ensure the cord would not get cut on the sharp sheet metal edges.

Callaghan Hemmerly was very helpful and had good knowledge of the stove i was interested in answered all my questions

The delivery people were friendly and professional. They hooked up the new cord, brought in the new oven, and installed it. After reading the manual after they left, I understood that they anti-tip bracket is highly recommended to be installed with the new oven. I did not see an anti-tip bracket brought in my house and they did not install one. I don't know if the delivery people are required to do it, but they didn't. Otherwise, the delivery was an easy process.

Promptness when calling ahead, they deliver it without a problem.

Worst service ever. On First delivery the range was damaged so they took it back for exchange. Replacement delivery date was set up for Weeks later, but they delivered it to incorrect address. Had to again reschedule. Spoke with 3 people over several days to get third delivery date. They indicated it would again be almost a month before they could deliver. Delivery company used old cord instead of giving us a new one we paid for. Upon third delivery it came with a minor flaw, but after the previous hassles we kept it. Stove works great.

The geek squad and delivery was a requirement for me. They were friendly and eager to help get the installation completed. They were knowledgeable and equipped to perform installation.

The two guys were on time, did a great job of installation of new range and removal of the old. Cleaned up afterwards and made sure the range was level. A must for people who cook.

Hooked it up with a new range cord and powered it up. Lights stayed on and the place didn't burn down. Guys were good at ranges and were polite with good sense of humor. 5 stars

The installation guys were great! Super friendly and they showed me how to use the basic function on the new oven. It's a high-speed oven and I'm low-drag when it come to technology.

They couldn't install my range because they couldn't legally disconnect the gas range. Delivery and unpacking was done professionally. Past installations were very good also.

They came and left it in the middle of the kitchen; and the unit was broke... so I had them finally move it from there...

The guys who installed our range were great. They were professional and explained everything us. They even set the clock on it to the right time for us. Very clean and professional.

You will need this product if you buy the Samsung stove.
