Bad initial install, now working Karen helpful

The gave no indication that they were going to fix it. I had to call. I found out that the cord they attached to my stove was a dryer cord. I made a second appointment. The correct cord was put on but it wasn’t leveled or anything. I have since fixed it . The second time they did tell me to turn on the oven for 30 minutes before using it. Karen M from Best Buy Downingtown was very helpful and knowledgeable.she showed true concern for me and the cord issue.
