The guys that came to install our oven were very nice. We were their first stop so they showed up very early. (8am, but they called at 7:30 to let us know they were on the way). The only issue I had was that they chipped the corner of our counter. Because I signed the delivery paper stating that there was no damage done there was nothing I could do. I didn't notice the chip in the counter until hours later when I was about to use the oven.
