    knowledgable, but did not fully insert plug into 220 outlet which caused a short and required new cord.

    They removed the old range and slid in place the new one. It didn't need leveling they said and it seems to be true. I am happy with them.

    During installation Christian and Terry found a defective plug receptical that needed replacement by an electrician. Electricians said definitely was on track to cause a fire!

    They did what they could but I had to have an electrician come out and change the outlet cord so they only brought in house.

    the guys who installed/delivered the range were very prompt, polite and did a good install for us and also took away all packaging leaving no mess for us to clear up.
