The men who installed this were very fast and efficient. Range was placed and leveled and old range was hauled away. Always good experience with installation from Best Buy.

Installers were very nice but could not install our new range. Our old one had been hard wired into the wall and they said they could not touch it. I totally understand policies and the rarity of the situation, but you would think they could have a protocol in place besides refusing to handle. Maybe this should be a question asked at time of purchase.

Arrived on time. They were Very professional abs made sure the range was operating before leaving. Quick and efficient.

I called daily about the delivery of this order and had emails confirming delivery on 4 different days. The delivery crew did install this stove, and they were the only good experience in dealing with Best Buy. They were polite, helpful and professional. However, they were unable to take the microwave away because nobody had warned me that it had to be uninstalled before they arrived and I did not have any idea how to uninstall it.

Installation included in purchase price of Fridgedaire induction range. Great value.

They came in, took out old range and put in the new one without a hitch. I was so relieved that I didn't have to pay a fortune in time or money to get rid of the old range

Delivery team did a good job getting up 21 steps and into place, not a scratch. Also removed my old stove without a problem.

The installation service is second to none. I would buy from Best buy for all of my appliances for that reason alone.

Second replacement stove is better than first, but glasstop cooktop is simply not up to par. Stains easily and nothing takes off stains and the surface was bubbling in places within three weeks. As I knew that others had complained about this, I'm not so surprised. No complaints about the oven and overall it is an improvement over my 20 year old stove.

The team did an excellent job with my install. I needed an electrician to move the plug, but they tried to do it themselves.
