I love the warming burner on this stove, as well as the dials to switch between using two of the burners for either a large pot or pan, or a smaller pot or pan

Wish I had an owner’s manual. The KitchenAid website was not helpful in downloading an owner’s manual.

The installation didn't take long. The installer was familiar with the product.

They installed the stove, but poorly. 1) they didn't remove plastic off the back before pushing it into the gap, so we had to pull it back out to remove, 2) they didn't install the bracket to hold the power cord, so the cord is inside the bottom of our stove, which is dangerous 3) they didn't even push it all the way in, so there was a 2 " gap between the stove and the back wall. We don't have a dolly to lift it and slide it back and aren't strong enough to lift it and push it back ourselves. Then we paid for them to haul away or old range, which they did. But they left the box and the packing materials taking up my dining room. Said they'd come back to get it and never did. I paid a lot for removal and install, both of which weren't completed. Now i have to pay to bring it to the dump, which i shouldn't have to do.

The guys who came out were friendly, professional, and installed our new range quickly and effectively. They tested it out and provided a few tips for us. Great work!
