Purchased this microwave about 1 month ago. Very happy with it do far. I like the multiple rack on it to allow heating or cooking multiple items at the same time.

got it for my parents... the best thing you can do for a worry free install

The service was out of this world, !!!! The crew knows exactly, how to do what they do, from calling in advance, arriving on time, professionals, explain in detail.

The installation guy was so helpful and he was very good at his job. His name was Annar. He went above and beyond to help us.

The installers left the stove tilted significantly to the rear because the front feet were in the hardwood floor and the back feet on the concrete slab. They offered no options and just wished me luck fixing it. I had to install shims and do the leveling myself.

It was so wonderful that Best Buy offers this service to recycle the old appliances. It was very inexpensive too!

They professionally installed the range and got it approximately leveled. Would be a bit better if they used a level, but they got very close with their eye.

Stove was delivered when indicated. They installed new electric range and made sure the stove was level. Good customer service. Whirlpool black electric range

First they unloaded wrong stove and had to take wrong stove back to truck and bring in correct one. Took my old stove out, but said they could not fit new one in the same space. Left new one in middle of kitchen and said I had to get someone to shave my counter so the space would be wide enough. I had to call Allen Kitchen & Bath to come and shave my counter. The two who came adjusted the feet on the new stove and slid it into place without cutting on the counter. They said the delivery guys were lazy and just did not do their job. Five days after the stove had originally been delivered finally was installed. So no I did not have a very good experience.The stove works great though. I can recommend the stove but have questions about the delivery service.
