    The installer was fast and did a clean neat job. He showed me high points of my stove and it's operation, made it level and fixed it so it would not fall forward.

    Perhaps the best part of my experience after purchasing the stove. Installers are courteous, knowledgeable, and provided great customer service. Worth the extra cost.

    Best Buy delivered a defective product. I told the delivery guys that this is a defective product, as it was showing Err, E0, and F3 error codes on the screen. But they said it will be ok after some time. The Geek Squad attempted to fix it, but were unable to do so, and I am returning it. However, it takes hours to connect with Best Buy's customer service. The experience is worse than the worst and even worse than the defective product itself.

    The installation went smoothly and everything is wonderful with my new oven! I love the quick heat up of the oven and burners.
