    Workers installed a non-tip support to floor and replaced old electrical cords. Work was efficient and professional. Highly recommend!

    This was free and they I stalled and properly tested and showed me how to use. I was hesitant ordering appliances from Best Buy but very happy with entire process.

    KitchenAid model KSIB900ESS includes a 4-prong power cord installed by the manufacturer. It was incompatible with my home’s 3-prong outlet, so Best Buy was unable to install it. Salesman misinformed me regarding installation team’s ability to provide either type of power cord needed.
