Wonderful service

Damaged range

The scheduling to get a replacement was not pleasant. The wait time on the phone is too long!!! I called once to get the replacement and another time because the second delivery didnt bring a replacement they only came to take the damaged one away .....What was I supposed to cook on? There is a 4 hour delivery window. It took 3 appointments to get my range.

They forgot to bring a range cord for my new stove

I had to run to the local hardware store and purchase a second one. Here to hoping I get a refund for the one I purchased from Best Buy.
