On time, efficient and friendly. They were careful and cleaned everything up before they left.

I love the folks at BB. The install crew for the range weren’t reliable. Took day of work to be there for delivery. No show, called BB.they rescheduled the delivery for another day because they broke glass top at warehouse. Took 2nd day off work , no show. Called BB . Rescheduled again because out of stock(open box order). TOOK A 3rd day OFF OF WORK. No show again. Called BB , said out of stock. Cancelled order. Wasted my time and money. Found another stove open box. The wife had the day off so she waited for delivery. Delivery/installers would not install or touch the old stove because it was stuck to counter .(some sort of adhesive I guess) . Wife showed them how it comes undone easy . Then said they can’t touch it because it MAY be hardwired (it wasn’t). Then said that it would need custom cutting of our cabinets to fit (it didn’t).left it in our front porch didn’t even offer to bring inside. I feel like that since it was a woman there they fed her these excuses so they can hurry and move on to the next delivery. I get it , you got a busy day , it’s Saturday and you wanna get everything done. To me they were just being lazy. I know at can’t be lazy at my job. But either way I love the folks at BB but this delivery was bs. They should pay me for losing three days of work . I mean they rescheduled three times without calling me .

Guys were friendly and professional. They had to replace the first range because the first one was damaged by the microwave install guys. Ooops.

Very stylish and easy to use range. Cleans easily. I enjoy the different abilities to heat according to size of pan used.

When the dropped of the stove they were helpful and nice. I took 1 star off because they did t fully put it in the area right.
