    BB guys pulled old t out and slide in new with new cord. This went fine. The guys looked to be having a tough day.

    Delivery guys tried to drop off only. I had to tell them I paid for installation as well. They made a phone call then came back in and installed my oven. I would think this would have already been known and in the paperwork so I wouldn’t feel like I was forcing them to honor it.

    Was the only one who covered hard wood to dolly in appliance. Called first, on time, covered floor in front of dishwasher. Was impressed. No complaints.

    The guys were very careful not to damage my house while installing the new oven. They hauled away the old one and made sure i was satisfied before leaving,
