    He had the new cord and the stabilizers to keep the oven from tipping over and the stove he was very polite and very knowledgeable

    Very unprofessional with the delivery.. They had the wrong plug on the van 2 times and finally got it right the 3rd time

    The delivery crew from Best Buy showed up on time and removed old oven. They installed our new oven with out any problems. AAA +++

    The guys brought out the old stove and brought in the new one, hooked it it all up and explained all the functions. they were awesome!

    I was worried about where they would locate the anti-tip bracket, but it is not noticeable at all. The service was fast, friendly and hassle free.

    Love my range. Oven is huge. Easy to use. Not s big fan of stainless steel appliances. But love this since has a lot of black on it.

    Yeah, the guy came, installed the plug to the back of the unit and slid the range in place. What more could one expect

    Even though we believe this is a great product we learned our lesson with the last stove we had when the burner went out it cost almost 200 to replace
