    Technician didn't install the floor/wall range holder. With the excuse that he doesn't want to damage the floor.(The cheap laminate floor that no one is going to see because its under the range). He didn't even ask me; he just made the desitions to do not install it. And also; the other technician told me that they are not going to install the Over the Range oven because some policy that they have; if so; why the seller told us that they were going to install all the appliances? What was positive about the technician was that they were on time; and that they sent texts messages to inform you that they were on their way.

    They showed up on time. Got our range unpacked, attached the cord and left. We had to level the range ourselves and the "mandatory" anti tip bracket was sitting in the bag on the counter when he left. Wasn't he supposed to put it in? All past delivery from Best Buy have been great...this one, not so much.

    This experience was not like the first install. They just put the appliance in place all accessories was left in the box and it could have been wiped off from all the fingerprints
