    The installers were careful working in my small (cramped) kitchen, arrived on time and made sure To demonstrate operation and cleaning.

    Range was installed with the previous oven’s back trim piece because the anti tip bracket wasn’t installed properly. It did not allow the oven to be pushed all the way into the opening. I fixed the tip bracket. Installed the back trim supplied and it now fits. Samsung needs to supply the edge trim kit for the edges of the rough opening. Best Buy did not offer this as a solution when I complained. So I ordered them from Samsung for $139. Thanks Best Buy. I handled the fixes myself.
